So annoyed, I really like the food here but something is always wrong or missing. I really like the Mac & cheese here – twice they gave Mac salad instead, and today it was just completely missing from my order. Today I did uber eats so I couldn’t check it before hand. Besides that, something is usually wrong or missing from the sandwiches as well (missing cheese, didn’t listen to no tomato, etc). It kinda sucks that I like their food so much, I wish I didn’t.

Best deli around. In particular, the service is exceptional, specifically Meredith (manager?) went WAY out of her way to assist me with an issue I had. She is true hospitality, she didn’t have to help me, but she went beyond the extra mile to do so – and I am thankful.

Larry the owner is so accomadating and a great guy! He’s always got this welcoming big, handsome smile for everyone! He treats his employee’s like family. Meredith the manager has an Incredible warmth, and professionalism that makes everyone feel so special. She has this great big heart and everyone can feel it. Hector the assistant manager is brilliant, he can solve any issue and remembers everything with a smile. Liz, David, Pablo, and Davido, all the front line cooks are so professional, fast, and the food is the best I’ve ever tasted and I can cook! Let’s not forget Dee who knows the menu in and out! Can’t forget to mention Sam, Alexa, Suzanna, Naz, Sabastian and of course the cooks in the back that you never get to see. Seaqua Deli of St. James is the best place to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner! A home away from home!!! I will miss all of you dearly. Joanne (Jo Jo)

We recently catered a brunch at our home. Part of the order was coming from another vendor and the correct order was not delivered to Sequa and the item was not fully cooked. Meredith called me hours before the delivery to explain the problem and offer options. She more than compensated us for the error. The sandwiches, wraps and salads were all excellent. I will definitely use them again!

What a treat! We were visiting a friend and stopped in for lunch. The sandwich choices are plentiful and delicious. The fresh turkey was among one of the favorites. We also loved the Anchor and the Buffalo Chicken Wrap. The staff was efficient, friendly and wonderful!
