I have ordered food pick up through the app at this location several times. My experience hasn’t been the best. Sometimes my order is incomplete or i got the wrong meal. I gave it one last shot and today wasn’t an exception. My chicken bowl was drenched in sour cream and quite salty. My wife’s had large chunks of chicken. In the past my barbacoa bowl had three big chunks of meat and that was all. It’s been pretty disappointing

Multiple times I’ve been to this location and there are 5 to 6 staff not doing much in front at dinner rush and having inappropriate conversations right in front of customers. They are literally in the way of the 1 person building my meal, mind you at 630 pm…. this is the 3rd time that there are no fajita vegetables and they won’t make more? For how much chipolte charges Im done with this location. Each time Im left dissatisfied with the lack of toppings, staff unprofessionalism. Corporate needs to review this store and perhaps clean house or put a real manager in there.

I came here with my daughter and we each ordered a meal. We love Chipotle and have been coming here for years after our shopping trips. My daughter’s bowl was lightly served. She was missing about 1/3 to 1/2 of the food we normally receive at other locations. This was a very disappointing experience for us. I probably will not return to this location.

Constantly one of the worst location I visit. Nothing ever seems hot. Usually somewhat dirty or messy on the make like as well as the dining room. For what they expect people to pay for fast casual these day I would hope they would take a little more pride in their restaurant. It isnt difficult, keep it clean, keep it fast and keep it hot.

My husband and I have lived near this Chipotle for a couple of years now. We frequently go to this Chipotle, and we consistently notice below average food quality, and especially negative service. We have loved Chipotle since we were young (we are in our 30’s now), and we understand not every experience is going to be perfect. This location consistently has inhospitable, unhelpful, & rude staff members.

This has always been one of the more consistent Chipotle’s in the area. There’s one other Chipotle we go to regularly that we cannot order online because the portions are so much smaller. This one has consistent size portions between online or in store though. Good food friendly people usually really quick service.

Terrible customer service and didn’t offer to correct a mistake they made on our Doordash order. We ordered and paid for a full size quesadilla entree but received a kids quesadilla. A full size order is more than double the price of a kid’s order. The Chipotle employee gave the Doordash driver the wrong entree that was delivered to us. So we paid $20 and got a meal that was around $6. We tried calling a handful of times and couldn’t get them to resend us a new corrected order, or provide a refund. It is Chipotle’s employee that made the error. The driver just delivered was given to them.

We live 1.5 miles away and despite trying this location several times (we were hoping management would eventually improve it?) they disappoint us EVERY time. They clearly don’t take any pride in their work, they are wildly inconsistent with portion-size, and the ingredients are often wrong (ordered online). I’d rather eat at Taco Bell.
