Outstanding food and service. This is a trailer but they have tables and tent for shade. I was given 3 different sauces to try and brought additional of my favorite one. I had a carnitas burrito. One is more than filling. Burrito and drink $16 plus tip. I will be back and would recommend to anyone wanting a top notch Mexican burrito.

Wow, what a find! I dig sampling various food trucks, and it’s rare to come across one as exceptional as this. The woman who took my order was incredibly friendly and cheerful. When I ordered a burrito, I was pleasantly surprised by its generous size. Since the onset of coronavirus and the subsequent surge in food prices, many places have reduced their portion sizes. However, that’s not the case here; the burritos are substantial. What’s even more impressive than their size is the distribution of ingredients and flavors, which is superior to most other places. There are no beans on one end, meat on the other, or soggy guacamole and rice in the center. It’s just perfect! And to top it all off, their green guacamole salsa is, in my opinion, truly otherworldly, and I’ve heard the red salsa is fantastic, albeit quite spicy. Enjoy!

Best carnitas In the state! Everyone there was super friendly and treated everyone like family. Fair prices and trust me the price is worth the food! All of the food was freshly made from the grille to the plate. I also belive the salsa was made in house and was very good. This is the perfect way to end your day with the Carnitas Mayi food truck!

This was the best carnitas I’ve had! Also the best service from a food truck I’ve had by far! I got a chimichanga and it was amazing. My wife got a carne asada burrito and loved it. Quesadillas for the kids were great and the horchata that’s homemade was really good too and they gave us a free refill for our long drive back.

Man is this place good!! We had carnitas burritos (regular and supreme), carne asada fries, a carne asada chimichanga and horchata, all of it was so delicious. The portions were huge, the fries and chimichanga came loaded with pico de Gallo, sour cream and guac. The horchata was also huge and a nice blend of spice and sweet. Also the ladies who made it all were very sweet. They also made some nice shredded chicken (tinga), which we’ll have to get next time.
The atmosphere was nice, even though it was hot there were some nice covered tables with hanging plants which made it much cooler.

Excellent horchata, and haven’t had a bad thing on the menu. The burritos are very good, large, and fresh. Great people, excellent service, a wonderful family owned business. I highly recommend.
