Woman at the window on 3/1/26 at 12:27 pm is such a jerk. I held up my code for her to scan and she rudely said it wasn’t the Dunkin code twice and I was dumbfounded. I read where it said “Dunkin rewards ID” and showed it to her again and she finally said “THATS THE CODE.” Like that’s what I showed you!! She scanned it and just had the worst attitude. No one likes people talking down to them like that. Being nice is free.

4/6 of donuts were stale, which happened to be the ones covered in icing. This Dunkin isn’t slick. The workers were also not very welcoming / helpful when asking which donuts were out of stock towards the end of the day. We were looking forward to yummy donuts for our movie night. Mood ruined.

I ordered a Large Carmel Craze with blah blah and asked for a drink carrier and a plastic bag. I travel on a scooter so I need to hang the drink on a hook.
However, im told that I cannot have a plastic bag.
So I ask if I can buy a bag. (Me, a customer who just bought a product,asking now to buy a bag?)
Again, the woman at the register wouldn’t give me a bag.
The other guy working behind her on the drive through finished my drink and gave it to me and made sure I had a straw. I asked him for a bag. He says yes, turns around to get it. But he is stopped by the woman who wont let him give me a bag.
I told her Ive been a longtime customer who spends on average $20 a day there and that i will not be returning.
I will gladly spend my money elsewhere.

Why do these foreigners have to have such nasty attitudes? I mean, seriously. We “the customers” pay your bills and salaries. If we say good morning or thank you…don’t look at us like you have never heard it before. Way it back and you will find that it makes us WANT to come back. Seriously, BE NOCE to people who are nice to you. It isn’t difficult. A lot of people I know would stop going to your location if I said something.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Order was placed incorrectly when I brought it to the service agents attention I was told to bad you already paid for it. Customer service 101 would be very helpful for this staff. Also ways to talk to customers. Smashed up sandwiches are unacceptable!

RUDE AND NASTY sums it up….As someone else stated. Horrible customer service, and NO MENU screen no prices. Zero assistance with what they have on menu, no apology for having NO MENU or prices listed. Just visit another DD, this one is awful. The guy working acts as if your bothering him. How do I even know if I paid for what I actually received. Which was horrible. Bread was not even toasted. Just a waste of $$

Best location in town! The staff are always fun and nice. They always know our order by heart and it makes our mornings when we come through and they practically sing it to us. I love the walk up window option too, when it gets too busy I’m still able to get our order pretty quickly. My only complaint is something they can’t control and that’s other customers. Getting pretty tired of people ripping right into the line from off the main roads. I’ve had a lot of near misses from people so hellbent on getting one car ahead in the line that they’ve nearly hit me or others that are already waiting. Really wish they could have one long curb installed on the drive thru side, that’d save a lot of drama with the weirdos in town.
