I want to be fair in my review. Most of the staff were polite and welcoming, and both the owner and the manager personally came to speak with me and apologized, which I truly appreciated.
Unfortunately, my experience with one staff member named Mati was completely unacceptable. The hookah I received was very poor quality, and when I brought this to his attention, he became rude and disrespectful, using inappropriate language toward me. He even told me never to come back, which was shocking and highly unprofessional.
One individual’s behavior shouldn’t reflect the entire establishment, but this interaction significantly impacted my experience. I hope management addresses this issue so no other customer is treated this way.

A special shoutout to the hookah master, Aida—she’s truly a professional! She was incredibly polite, attentive, and made sure everything was just perfect.
The food was also outstanding—fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The overall service was exceptional: the staff is friendly, the atmosphere is inviting, and you can feel how much they care about their guests.

Aura was a great experience, the host staff to the servers were very kind and helpful on helping us pick out what we wanted for the Hookah. We were given our own tube and flavored mouth piece. The Delta 8 created a calming effect and allowed us to fully relax.The food was incredible, the Beef and Lamb dish was so good and the drink complimented it well. they also had all types of variety of food. A very chill spot- I will be returning next time I’m in Miami !!

This is my second time coming to Aura and I haven’t been disappointed! I order a peach and vanilla hookah . One it last , it’s so good , two I never have to worry about coals . Also let me mention that the drinks , the service , the atmosphere is a vibe . It’s always chill and not crowded ! will definitely continue to come here when I am in Miami !!

Hookah was very disappointing. The flavor and the strength of the flavor was very light and we went along with the “stronger” tobacco flavored hookah.
The draft, wind makes it impossible to enjoy the hookah itself as well. We didn’t even finish smoking it because it felt dead. $60 for a hookah and gratuity that was not worth it due to quality or service.
