Hello Panda Expeess.
We are not a big fan of panda express because of their oily nature in the food and also it is not that tasty or yummy at all but looks wise. It looks very classy and it looks like mouthwatering items.
But we thought to give a try and we entered into this panda express , their ambience their place locality and the cleanliness is everything in shape, but I don’t see any more rush in the store.
Having people or customers in the restaurant place a very major role it means people like your food if there is no one in the restaurant and if all the chairs are empty, it means people are diverting from your place.
We tried to eat something called vegetarian fried rice , but unfortunately, they are not making any items. They are simply loading the items in the form of buffet and in the rice there is an egg so we end up not eating the fried rice.
The only which item that we see here is
— Chow noddles
There is no salt at all, and even we requested them for salt , but they didn’t offered.
Well, it’s not their mistake because it’s their model or theme of cooking items in such a way so no negative vibes but I feel like if Indians are coming to eat then I wish they could re-create the food .
And unfortunately, as for the panda express rules, they cannot redo the food. They have to follow some standard processes and showcase those items in the buffet.

I want to start off by saying the staff were really friendly and went above in beyond in my opinion sadly though the food was disappointing. 3/4 of the rice was uncooked and I was pulling whole clumps of rice out of my food.. I ending up just tossing it. I tried eating the orange chicken aswell but weirdly it had a weird flavor here compared to other locations. Disappointed with the food overall but the workers were really friendly

We have been watching this location while it was under construction. On 5/9/2024 we were on our way to another Panda Express location and noticed this new location was finally open. Of course we detoured quickly and happened to dine here on opening day. They had some dancing and music outside and warm friendly greetings as we approached the entry door. The service was great and our order was correct. The food was cooked well as it is in all of their locations. The seating was a little strange as there was limited seating for a private group of 2-4 people. However, we were pleased with everything and will return soon.

This isn’t an isolated 1 time issue… this has been happening about the last 2 months. Chow mein is cabbage with a small side of noodles. Rice portions have been cut in half. I had more green beans than chicken. What a waste of $30. I usually can share a plate with my toddler but not anymore. We are splitting 6 pieces of chicken, half the normal amount of rice, and she hates cabbage. There’s barely any noodles. I’ll start going elsewhere.

Went through the drive through tonight after a long stressful day before going home. First when I ordered it didn’t show up on the screen while I was ordering and the guy didn’t say how much my order was or anything then I get up to the window and the old guy opens the window doesn’t say anything and just takes my card. I was a little confused by that. He definitely needs to learn some better customer service. Then I get home because I had my fussy daughter in my backseat and to find out my food wasn’t even a plate when I remember ordering “double orange chicken” but I get home to only have a bowl needless to say the bowl has barely a half a scoop of chicken even in it and it’s like 3/4 filled with rice. That does not make up for it. Very poor service and visit from this location and its workers today. I saw multiple workers just standing in there talking when I was sitting at the window.

I had such a wonderful experience at Panda Express thanks to Patricia M.! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and such genuine kindness. She went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect, patiently answering my questions and offering great suggestions. It’s rare these days to find someone who treats every customer with so much care, but Patricia did exactly that.
Her positive attitude and professionalism truly stood out and made my visit extra enjoyable. People like Patricia remind you how much a great customer service experience can brighten your day. Panda Express is lucky to have her, and I’ll definitely be coming back because of the amazing service she provided!

They missed some honey walnut shrimp on our orders. We had a fairly large order. Dave at the window was friendly and kind. I called Tim the manager who was friendly, generous, and made it right. We came back for the reorder. Sam and Dave apologized but I told them no worries. We frequent this restaurant. We love the food, the service, and will come again. Thanks for making as easy reorder on a couple meals. Thank you Tim, Sam, and Dave.

If you want good food and service, this is not your place to eat. Might as well spend the extra time driving to the 135th Street location. Trash overflows from all trashcans, floors are beyond dirty, and staff has no motivation to serve you.

2nd time ordering the teriyaki ?chicken? because I forgot how bad it was the first time. Doesn’t look like or taste like chicken. Has the texture of bubblegum when trying to eat it. Looks more like some nasty cheap cut of pork than any chicken. Service was fine.
