This is not your ordinary taco truck. I’ll start by saying that they have a pretty decent variety of food, including tacos, tortas, huaraches, mulitas, and I believe quesadillas. I have only tried the tacos and mulitas, and need to explore the other options. But if you try these tacos you’ll understand why I haven’t tried anything else because they are DELICIOUS. The tortillas are made fresh per order, so expect about a 10 minute wait, depending on how busy they are. The tacos are generously stuffed with meat (I always just get asada) and each order comes with radish, salsa, cucumber, and lime. If you like cheese, get the mulitas, they are basically tacos with a layer of melted cheese! The meat is hot, juicy, and very nicely seasoned. The red salsa is spicy with a slighlty smoky undertone, and the green is slightly less spicy. The staff is very friendly, please do not be shy if you don’t know Spanish, someone will still be able to take your order! Price point is very fair, considering the fresh tortillas made to order and the portions. I would say the average cost of tacos is about $15, but again, I could eat 2 tacos and feel full. They did recently move locations but their new address is updated on Google maps. Seating is limited, but I prefer to eat in the car or take it home anyway! Please give these tacos a try if you are looking for fresh, delicious, flavorful, authentic food!

With food, smell is a very powerful advertisement. Something that can very much benefit outdoor food trucks like Aris Kitchen. When I was l finished at World Market, I had just one more stop planned before heading home after a very long work day. That “just one more stop” plan changed the moment the wind shifted and I looked across the parking lot in the direction of something that smelled really good. Especially as it was late and I’d missed dinner. Joking to myself that I could smell some food calling my name, instead of going next door for my next stop, I had to investigate. Instead of looking at the menu, I admitted I’d never been there before and asked what was popular. The mulitas. Never had them before. Sounded great! Opted for the 3-meat mixture. It proved to be every bit as delicious as it had smelled. The use of mozzarella was great as was the inclusion of cucumber and radish slices on the side. Lastly, it was a great night to be able to just sit at a picnic table and enjoy it. Further proof that, with chains, you’re paying for a brand. But, the individual businesses like this one are where you find the gems. The nose knew I wouldn’t be disappointed!

Im a daily customer, when the girl is taking order, the service is 10/10, but they lost my service becuz of the guy in the morning shift, apparently his conversations with his friends are more important than my order, leaves me to stand there for 10mins as hes chit chatting and does not take my order
