We came to get some pizza this evening. The service was great, our food was great and the turn aroung was quick. The night manager really knows what he is doing and was very professional. I do have a safety suggestion for the store however. I noticed a few customers using the employee entrance in which the night manager politely asked them not to use that door..as it is for employees only per the signs in the door. This is a safety hazard more than just an
annoyance. Ide advise a code box on the door. Many resturaunts in town have used the code box method for decades to ensure employee safety. Employee safety these days is not something to risk. Either way, the customers were rude to the manager and he stayed professional. This is an avoidable situation. We love papa johns and go there a few times a month. it would be nice to know a place we are supporting, does what it needs to, to put employee safety first as well as provide good service. Thanks again Nate for the great food and service!

Racist, unethical, and cruel.
As the only Asian customers there, we were treated with clear discrimination. The staff acted politely on the surface but took harmful actions behind our backs, actions that seriously damaged our livelihood.
We are ordinary people working hard just to live, and what they did caused real suffering.
Doing this on Christmas shows a complete lack of humanity. I would never support a business that treats working people this way.

My service was amazing! But i do have complaints! I walked into the n1st location to some positive energy. As the phones are ringing and orders filled the screen, this location was being manned by ONE person! This sweet girl, Chloe, was rotating through every position! ALONE. As she flipped dough, she gave a gentalmen instructions as to how to apply online who walked in for an application! As a member from previous food service, to a manager in retail, to see this young women operate a whole kitchen meant for atleast a team of 8, is astonishing!. I really hope this girl gets paid for the work of 8 people. Cashier, prep, cook, receptionist, ext. This girl is texas strong!!! Recognize her!

I will no longer be a customer at Papa John’s. Twice now, we order then get transferred to a 3rd party pay system just to be connected to another person that says they don’t have the order or are from a different state altogether. But they took our money. Never again. Horrible service.

I placed an online order 15 minutes before 12 and walked out of the store at 12:21. I think waiting almost 40 minutes for a pizza is absolutely ridiculous. Wasted my break. The lady at the counter was on her phone and listening to music on the job which I find as unsanitary. I wanted my ranch to be included due to the wait time. Worker then shoves pizza towards me and walks away from me. I wanted to pay for my meal. Just disappointed in the customer service. (Update 2025) I added two more stars due to the consistency of the food. I don’t think I’ve ever been disappointed in the actual food at this location.

Papa John’s customer service is a masterclass in incompetence. From the surly staff who seem to despise the very notion of serving customers to the mind-bogglingly slow delivery times that make you wonder if they’re delivering via snail mail, every interaction with Papa John’s feels like a punishment. It’s like they take pride in making your dining experience as miserable as possible. Save yourself the headache and order from literally anywhere else.
