Hidden Gem! First visit to this food truck. The gentleman that runs it has a great personality and served the Lobster Paella to us at our table. He even gave us a dessert to split to celebrate our Anniversary. The food was hot, seasoned well, and plentiful. You can sit outdoors in a covered area or take the food to go. The place was steady with business. We will be back.

The food is awesome, especially for the price. We had the seafood paella and the chicken and chorizo. Outstanding! Authentic! You’re going to pay at least twice as much anywhere else. Good size portions. Looking forward to coming back.

Patricio cooked us up a taste of everything. Crochets, Spanish tortilla and mixed paella. Excellent. Don’t let the food truck dissuade you. Our last Spanish meal was at a locally famous restaurant and it doesn’t even compare. Happy to have a real deal Spanish spot in our backyard! Call ahead and order if you are hungry. We will certainly be back.
This is a follow up to the first review. Consistency is important and again DELICIOUS! Sampled the flan too. Just like mom makes! Perfect!
Follow up! Chicken Paella is good, but the mixed paella with the seafood is tastier. If I had to choose and you like seafood, I would go mixed or just seafood. Next time Lobster.

I have driven by here so many times and wish I stopped in sooner. Its not that noticeable from the road. After reading the positive reviews I decided to give it a try. I ordered the vegetable paella, the chicken skewer sandwich, and the hand cut potatoes appetizer. I dont know if it was the lovely day or what but I felt like I was on the coast of Spain having an authentic Spanish experience prepared by a top notch chef. Everything was awesome! My only issue is that I want to try everything I haven’t tried but what I did was so good I want to eat those things again. Thats a good dilemma to have I suppose. My only advice to the owner is that he needs to raise his prices. Lol. Just kidding dont do that.

Incredible food, I have honestly always thought Paella was overrated for the longest time but this place was leagues better then any place I have eaten from. Its unassuming but the food is in my opinion worth taking a detour for if you are in the area. To the other reviewer to said this place tasted like something from his home country I definitely understand now. If that was not enough the service was impeccable.

The owner is very nice and explains any questions you may have. Paella was good and big enough for two people. Definitely stop by.

While in the area for work, I discovered this remarkable Spanish restaurant via Google Maps, and I’m delighted that I chose to order dinner here. I ordered the chicken and chorizo paella, which was exceptionally flavorful, reminiscent of the authentic paella I enjoyed in Spain. The 20-minute wait was well justified, as it assured me that the dish was freshly prepared rather than pre-cooked. The portions were generous, and the pricing was quite reasonable. This establishment is certainly worth a visit.

A hidden gem!
Fresh, made to order? So rare these days. I mean the REAL fresh made to order, not just the claim and then they’re really cooking it from frozen.
A limited menu means the owner’s not stretching himself or his kitchen too thin. This chef knows what he’s doing & made the best paella I ever had, it was more than worth the wait. Portion sizes are plentiful too.
Do yourself (& the owner) a favor and call ahead.
You can’t get made to order and expect it to be ready like fast food.
You won’t be disappointed. Delicioso! I will be visiting often!
