Don’t expect to get turkey and ham on your turkey ham stacker, when you call them back they will tell you they put turkey and ham on it when there clearly wasn’t. Terrible customer service and the employee on the phone had an awful attitude after I calmly explained the situation. Bread was hard and stale, the ranch was a mess all over the packaging and tomatoes and cucumbers weren’t even inside of the sandwich. If I wanted a veggie only sandwich I would’ve ordered that. I’ll just stick to firehouse subs, Jason’s deli, or better yet I’ll just make my own sandwich next time.

Sandwiches were very good. Employees were friendly. Place was not the cleanest. The hand soap dispenser in the bathroom barely worked. It is so important to me that there is proper hand washing facilities when eating food with my hands ( ahem… a restaurant that mainly serves sandwiches!) the soap dispenser needs to be replaced. And also please supply paper towels to dry hands with instead of the cheap little hand dryer. If a restaurant is in the sandwich business, please go above and beyond in the hand washing supplies area!
They were also out of napkins so instead they had a huge roll of toilet paper that the customers could get a few squares from to use in place of napkins ( totally not kidding about this!) The employees behind the counter were diligent about washing their own hands in between customers but also they had to use the toilet paper to dry their hands.

UPDATE 7/11/24

I have never in my history of doing business with Subway been trreated so nasty as I was tonight. My order was placed online and to be ready at 6:20. I called to confirm they had it and the clerk assured me they did. By that time I was already pulling in. I waited until 6:45 and went inside. The black girl working hatefully told me my order would have to wait until the patrons inside were taken care of (these people walked in as I was sitting in the parking lot 15 + minutes after my order had been placed). The young man at the register apologized for her attitude. I went back to my car as I had a toddler in her car seat so had requested curbside. I waited until almost 7pm went back inside with my toddler granddaughter. They were just at that time making our sandwiches. They looked awful and my granddaughters pizza was burned and thrown together by the rude girl as I stood and watched. I even had left a $2 tip because I had asked for curbside. I want that tip refunded. I will never eat there again. That used to be the best subway in town. It is no longer. When I asked the young black girl her name she refused and said she didn’t have to tell me her name. They did not have name tags. I was in tears by the time I left there while the customers that had come in after I went in stood by and witnessed this awful customer service. The manager Kim something is all the guy could tell ne was not there. I asked. She also mentioned they had to take care of drive thru ahead of me ?there had been no cars enter drive thru since I had parked. If inside and drive thru take priority ahead of any and all online orders why have online???

Placed mobile order at 1355. The app said “ready” for pickup at 1415. Arrived at 1420. The short young Hispanic female asked me for my name for the mobile order. My sandwich hadn’t even been made yet. I asked about the app and maybe if there was a problem with the app as this is the third time this has happened to me. Her response was “The app will always have a pickup time”. I said okay, if it says ready why isn’t the sandwich ready? That defeats the purpose of order ahead. She proceeded to argue with me and tell me she has nothing to do with the app. The older white lady laughed. We had ordered a meal with nacho cheese Doritos and sun chips cheddar. She pointed to the chips and said “these are the only chips we have until tomorrow”. There were regular potato chips and sun chips garden salsa. None of the chips we ordered. She said “unfortunately” sighed and went to the back for the remainder of our visit. We sat and waited for 15 minutes for the sandwiches to be made. The drinks we ordered were also not available. There was no ice in the ice maker. Went to fill my cup with brisk raspberry tea only for water to come out. Dumped my cup and opted for Starry. Requested cucumbers instead of pickles. Got pickles. Asked for no red onion, got red onion. Ordered pepper jack cheese for provolone. As we were leaving the older white lady very loudly told us to “have a great day”. It was fine in a manner to be condescending for their mistakes. If I could give the knickerbocker location zero stars I would. The knickerbocker location is the leprosy of the subway locations. The best part? The bottom of the receipt says they’d love to hear from us but when you type in subwaylistens.com the platform is “under construction”. You cannot contact anyone through the app or website. Truly abysmal.

Burnt. Go to a different Subway. I put an online order in for pickup. I didn’t see that my sandwich was burnt until I got home. It’s so hard that it scraped up the roof of my mouth from taking a bite out of it. The photo supposed to be herb and cheese. Waste of money and time.

I placed my subway order through the app at 1535. Italian bmt. Not toasted. I did this in the post office parking lot. Said arrive by 1550. I got to subway at 1545. At 1550 I checked the app and it said it was ready. There were no cars in the parking lot. One person in the drive thru. Two employees. I walked up to the register and said I have a pickup for Lindsay. He said oh I’m working on that. He was working on a sandwich for the person in the drive thru. My sandwich hadn’t even been made yet. I said oh I’m sorry the app said it was ready. The other employee started working on it so I sat and waited. She packaged it up and handed it to me. It felt warm. I asked her if it had been toasted. She said yes. I said I didn’t order it to be toasted. I went ahead and took it because I don’t want to wait for them to make another one. On 3/2 we ordered through the app. Ordered regular and not toasted. Got home and both were toasted.

Ordered on line. Order will be ready by 12:55. Went to get was at drive thru. We were there at approximately 12:52. We got to the window no one acknowledged us right away. Husband tapped on the window about 12:57….He said we ordered on line and was told it would be ready at 12:55. Girl said in a snappy way it’ll be ready when it’s done . At that time we asked for our money back. We asked for a manager. Oh she was the manager. But she would not give us a refund. It’s too later. She shut the window. After another 6 minutes she came with our food. No . We wanted a refund. She told us there was only her and another person there. Someone called in sick. We told her that’s not our problem. And uh yea she told us it was.
She refused the refund . Long story short. She called the Cops. We told them etc. It’s not over y’all. Don’t visit the knickerbocker store!!

I’ve been to this subway in the past and it was honestly not the best but I feel like the store has done a 180, food was better, seemed like a better selection from the employees and the restaurant was alot cleaner than before, keep up the good work
