I’ve been coming to Coram Deli because my pregnant wife really enjoys their breakfast bowls. The food is generally good, and I’ve always tipped in cash after receiving my order.
Unfortunately, the wait times have consistently been an issue. During my most recent visit, I ordered three small breakfast bowls and a bagel. It took 36 minutes to receive what should be fairly simple breakfast items. When I asked how much longer it would be, I was told there were seven tickets ahead of me yet while waiting, I saw multiple customers receive simple items like bagels before my order was completed.
I understand that small businesses get busy, and I’m patient, but nearly 40 minutes for small breakfast bowls feels excessive especially when most customers appear to be ordering coffee or drinks. This has been a repeated experience and is ultimately why I had stopped coming before.
The food itself is solid, but the long and unpredictable wait times make it difficult to justify returning. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as I’d genuinely like to see improvements in order flow and efficiency.

Coffee + a view!!!
I highly recommend grabbing a coffee here right before sunrise. The folks here are very kind and welcoming, the coffee comes out quick, and there’s plenty of seating inside if you want to meet a friend here. There’s a cute lil path right behind the store though that’s a real showstopper. The sun burns right over the horizon here and it’s gorgeous! Having a hot coffee in hand on s cold morning with this view is unmatched. Also, the chocolate covered espresso bean was a plus!

So happy to have a location by Walmart. The drinks are great. The only complaint is it takes FOREVER for drinks. We have had 2 cars infront of us in the drive through and waited 30 min. I called in a order, they said 5-10 min and it was almost 20 for 2 drinks.

We moved here a week ago & this was the first place we found. Surprisingly huge breakfast & lunch menu for a coffee shop at the end of a strip mall (where Swenson’s grocers are). Huge white chocolate & chocolate coffee drink selections, too. My latte came w/a nice coffee candy on top of the to-go lid. They make a mean strawberry smoothie. Very pleased with the quality. They will make you breakfast items even if breakfast ends at 11 am. But don’t sleep on their deli lunch sandwiches, hot & cold, plus bagel sandwiches. When I ordered my hot roast beef w/green chiles, I could hear the oil frying for the crispy side french fries. The nice lady even offered to walk my order to my car.

There Arabic bean was wisely chosen. Best Arabic bean I have ever had. I have tried beans in Dubai, hawaii, Africa, and Guatemala, my favorite bean is still Guatemala, however this Arabic bean now comes in second place. Try the rasmallow my favorite if you like sweet. They also have a clothing shop attached if you like christian clothing then it’s the shop for you. I suggest this place.

Service is prompt and efficient, while remaining warm and courteous.
Coffee’s are made well, and the house drip is exquisite. Robust. Flavorful. Not overpowering.
Staff is extremely pleasant to converse with.
Oh… but what about ambiance?
Yup. #nailedit.
Bright. Open. Airy. Plenty of seating.
And Christian. Which is a rare breath if fresh air, in today’s climate, one is “encouraged” to hide their faith.
This is present, without being overpowering.
