The inside of the resturant is bright and clean, we opted for outdoor seating as it was a beautiful day.
Waitress was friendly and efficient.
The food! It was delicious. The garlic bread was hands-down some of the best I’ve ever had. Wonderful buttery garlic flavor and when you bit into it it basically melted in your mouth. I ordered Spanakopita, never had it before and was blown away. Absolutely delicious, I will not hesitate to stop here and eat again! Everyone at my table was happy and satisfied with their meals.

We ordered Hot Buffalo Wings. They were expensive put had ZERO flavor. I would not suggest them and will not order them again.
The Chicken Tenders were tasteless and was like something you’d get at a kids sports concession stand.
The Side Salad came with one cucumber slice and one cherry tomato.
Absolutely disgusted. No one finished their food except the kids Personal Cheese Pizza.

Everything was fresh! Absolutely amazing service. Ashton was awesome. She was super sweet and very attentive. Food is great and I definitely am coming back here. Highly recommended.

This Restaurant which is shortly off of 77 South or North in a Foodlion Shopping Center is Clean, Authentic Italian Food and affordable in Prices.I was Greeted by Beautiful Smiling Ashton who immediately made Me feel Special She also was My Waitress and she went above anything I expected !! After receiving My order which was delivered in an orderly time She never neglected My Presence!! Your establishment better be taking care of this Gal because it’s very evident She has Your best interest in Her Heart!! Found out our favorite waitress left. We only ate at Roma because of her. Otherwise, food isn’t good. The rest of staff was lazy and somewhat rude. Restaurant itself is dull.

I wish i could give 100 stars for Service!! We were a group of 8 including 2 children and Matt was REMARKABLE, attentive, comical and gracious.
Then there was amazing birthday cheesecake plated to celebratory perfection.
This is not our first visit, the food is always fresh and good. Large portions, (I’ve never left without a takeaway box) nice menu variety and kids menu.
Again … Matt made this visit a dining experience, not just a meal. Kudos to Roma’s once again.

Our server was lovely! It is pretty rare for our crew to want a meal twice in a row, but three days in a row is unheard of. Definitely will return any time we are in Elkin!
