My husband and I stopped into Hedge Bistro for lunch. Our meals were delicious. I had a turkey club and my husband had a full rack of St. Louis ribs with sides. The portions were generous and we had leftovers for later. We will definitely be back.

Second year in a row we did the take home Thanksgiving dinner. The turkey and all the other dishes were delicious. Donovan even made an extra vegetarian stuffing for a family member. I highly recommend this place and will be using them again.

Went here for lunch. The food was delicious. They handled my gluten free request with ease. Had the Chipotle Beef Tacos. They were delicious! More people need to check this place out!

I met a friend here for lunch on Valentine’s Day. We didn’t realize that being on a golf course that it was off-season.
I got there first to notice just 1 car in the parking lot. When I walked in I kind of surprised the staff that was there. I said, “Hey are you open,”
They looked over and said, “Sure!”
What a find!
Donovan and his staff treated us to a wonderful lunch.
The fish tacos I had were superb. 3 Perfectly spiced flour tortillas with a fantastic crunch from a homemade type of slaw, and perfectly done, lightly breaded fish.
My friend had a Reuben she loved and could barely eat half of it.
Google shows them as open despite it not being golf ⛳️ season. I highly recommend calling them and enjoying a great meal.
Another couple had come in while we were there.
We thanked Donovan for the hospitality, and hoped we were starting a winter trend.
I will be back with my clubs when the Capital District thaws out.

Our waitress Krissy was phenomenal. Hope to get her again. The food was excellent. Started out with the mozzarella sticks, which were great and then got the Chipotle Beef Tacos, and they were perfect. Little spice, lotta nice. I’ll definitely be back.

I love this place! We had a beautiful celebration of life for my mom in the ballroom and everything was great, every one enjoyed the food ❤️ The ballroom is really beautiful. I recommend for any of your events or just to go out to eat and hang

I recently hosted my sister’s bridal shower at The Hedge Bistro and everything was beyond amazing. The chef and the servers were right on top of everything we wanted and the food was excellent and warm. I definitely recommend coming to eat here whether it is during golf season or not!

Had a fantastic casual night out for dinner. The Chile Lime Shrimp street tacos are incredible. Service was excellent as well. This place should have way more customers than it does, but that’s probably due to the remoteness of it hidden off Western Ave at the back of Western Turnpike Golf Course. Wish their hours were longer this time of year.
