I ordered 2 pizzas, honey bbq wings and fries. Both of the pizzas were not cooked all the way through. They were still edible but the pan we had ordered did not feel like a pan styled pizza. The other pizza was made incorrectly and had veggies on the entire when we had requested only half the pizza have veggies. Thankfully we could just solve the solution ourselves by just moving the veggies (tbh I wish the kids would just eat them lol so in a way good job Pizza Hut for saying eat yo veggies) ourselves. The honey bbq wings were the favorite part of the meal. Delicious boneless wings.
The fries on the other hand. THE FRIES. FOR ANTS? I paid $4.44 for THIS. Need I say more?
Service was fine, they had some stockings of all employees on display which was my favorite part of the inside of the order pickup area.
It wasn’t busy, the order wasn’t complicated, not sure why the pizzas weren’t made correctly. AND PLZ GIVE PEOPLE MORE FRIES lol thanks

From the Pizza Hut app I had place my order. I got an email soon after with a 15-minute window. I walked in within that time window, and to my surprised it was ready. When I walked in, I was greeted with a smile, and soon after, I had my pizza box in my hands. As I opened the box, the pizza was perfection . I would recommend coming here for the customer service.

I ordered the new MELTS right before leaving work. They said it would take 10 minutes to prepare, food was ready when I got there. I wasn’t sure if they had a drive thru on the side of the building so I called again when I arrived because the lady that took my order Said customers are not allowed inside. I thought maybe they would bring it to my car. So when the guy answered my call I asked did they have a drive thru, and that I was there to pick up my order, he said yes, I could come in, he said they have an answering service that keeps telling the customers they aren’t allowed to come inside which may be the case for the new location located in LaGrange.. so I guess there’s some sort of confusion. Other than that, all was good. The MELT was very good, it’s loaded with parmesan or Romano cheese on the outside of the crust. There’s lots of cheese and meats inside, the dipping sauce was very good too..it’s like a marinara, but a thinner consistency. Overall good experience. Parking right in front of the door, convenient location in the shopping plaza a few doors from Dollar Tree

So this Pizza Hut always gives me trouble but this took the cake. The door literally says they close at 11PM but the employees decide the want to close at 9PM. See picture for reference. So I’m done spending my money here when I can’t even get my kids a pizza!

So ive ordered here about 5 times now. Every single time the Pizzas burnt! I drive to mount washington to get my pizza hut because this one near home socks! They didn’t even take off the 10 dollar vip coupon I gave them.

Why isn’t Pizza Hut prepared for their promotion? The worker is obviously high. He had forgotten to tell them our order twice. Now they are saying they are out of dough…what the hell? It’s like when Popeyes ran out of chicken. This is poor preparation and poor management! We have been waiting 20 minutes for an order that we called in over 30 minutes ago.

4:00pm: Order pizza. 5:15 delivery time. no big deal
5:30pm: Door dash has picked up your order. 6:15pm estimated delivery time.
6:15pm: pizza arrives. completely wrong order.
6:20pm: call store repeatedly. No one answers the phone.
I have tried multiple attempts to get a refund. No efforts have been made to issue a refund on a $50 order.

Hot wings were delicious. The meat lovers and half supreme and half cheese were delicious. Prices are high. Expensive food.

They don’t have delivery drivers. They use door dash. So beware when ordering delivery. The staff at Pizza Hut becomes defensive when you call to follow up on a failed order.
