I’m LIVID!! Livid, pizza? How can they be in the same category right?! The location on Derenne in Savannah GA is the closest to my house now, so they’re the only option for a person like me.
I’m almost 37 and I’ve been eating Papa Murphy’s since before I turned 5 in Portland Oregon, through my 20’s in north Florida and in my 30’s in Georgia. This location was closed due to someone running into the side of their building and once they reopened nothing has been the same.
I crave the taste when I’m at my lowest point in life because it’s so nostalgic to be. It’s more than a mere memory though.
I come here multiple times a month and I’ve even convinced people through trial and error that there’s no pizza like Papa Murphy’s.
The cowboy is my go to for life but every time since opening they have messed that pizza up. Today I say, there’s no way they can mess up an extra pepperoni pizza.. and they do just that. No extra pepperoni, the pizza was sloppy and put together with patches of the pizza missing pepperoni all together.
I have paid for delivery for messed up pizza’s for too long, what’s the convenience of delivery if you have to end up spending more money physically going to the restaurant to get a replacement?!
If the best you can do is respond and tell me to reach out to the restaurant directly than you can keep your response.

Placed an order back on January 5th for a large stuffed chicken bacon pizza and mac and cheese. Everything was great until we ate it. My family, including myself was terribly sick for a few days afterwards. It’s all we ate because after eating here we couldn’t stomach anything else or keep anything down. Reached out and was told to submit a form through the website. I did and still nothing. Glad I spent 30 bucks to get my family sick. My husband and I are basically regulars here and this is the first incident to ever happen. It’s really disappointing.

The staff here was super nice and explained in detail how they operated. It was my first time visiting and I was kind of drawn back as I thought I was walking into a pizza store will you pick up pizza that is already. Lo and behold to my surprised they made pizzas to-order however they were not cooked you would need to take them home and cook them. Again the ladies there were super nice and explain how things were done and made their own cheese slice that day which was probably the best thing about the pizzas. However I would have cheap pizzas very basic pepperoni and then a papa’s something another which was really a supreme. When I got at home after spending $34 on pizza I was blown away that they’re almost twenty bucks a piece. After we took the time to cook them which took about 15 we sat down and began beating them the pepperoni pizza reminded me of Richmond Hill high School cafeteria Pizza. The supreme Pizza had way too many mushrooms and way too many black while slacking on all the other meats and veggies. The cheese was the best thing on the pizza. If the pepperoni pizza doesn’t taste like cafeteria high School Pizza to you please reply. Otherwise again the staff are super nice and very informative.

The lady at the counter acted like she had 0 clue what was going on. They no longer have the containers to put ingredients in. The whole restaurant was completely bare. They’d ran out of cheesy bread for bread sticks. It was extremely frustrating.

I was in savanna and found this place ,I didn’t know it was taken bake il.we were craving for pizza but then had to wait an hour to get hot oven fresh .off course, my bad .

The store smelled. When I walked in I was greeted by a person saying online or in store order? When I replied online she just pointed to a rack in the corner of the store. That was my first and last time there.

Don’t sleep on Papa Murphy’s! This is a must stop and take home if your visiting Savannah. We always stop by to take a few pizzas home. It’s very good flavorful pizza that won’t disappoint. Requires your own cooking (or they can cook it for you) but it’s very good. You will enjoy your food.
