Food and entertainment (Fri night) was good. But, unfortunately that’s all that was good about our experience. Granted we were a large group but they knew this well ahead of time. For a restaurant that should expect busy nights when shows are right cross the street, they were not prepared. Our food came out one at a time. And it took an hour and a half for me to receive my meal and longer for the last person to get theirs.

I ordered through DoorDash and I got the diva salad with grilled chicken and a side of sweet potato tots. $8.00 for that portion of tots seems steep to me. And the chicken on the salad was absolutely disgusting. It was rubbery and inedible. The texture was not normal at all. I had to throw it out and add my own chicken to it. I definitely won’t be ordering from here again or going here after that. I’m not sure how you can serve that to people. The tots were cooked on the outside but didn’t seem fully cooked on the inside. Disappointing all around.

I’m a FedEx driver in Broad brook and I order from here all the time. Sometimes 2-3 times a week. I always get take out because I’m eating while I deliver on the road and I always give a tip at the front every SINGLE time. Now all of a sudden the person says “you have to be a customer in order to use the bathroom”. I don’t mean to act all entitled or anything but I’m a loyal customer and I love your prime rib sandwich. I’m not just some stranger passing through the town. I’ve been your customer for 2 years now. Usually I go and use the bathroom at the mill pond apartments but it was a Sunday and they were closed. Now I’ll just find my food next door. I’ll miss the prime rib sandwich. oh well

Brought my bf here for dinner on a whim, and we were completely satisfied with our experience. He is moving here from NY, and of all the places he has eaten, he has done nothing but rave about everything from the iced tea, to the Philly egg rolls, to his delicious burger. The Greek Pita I had was to die for. We were completely happy with every experience we had! We will ABSOLUTELY be back again!

Food is really good and a great spot for lunch. The only complaints I have are:
1) They appear to only usually have 1 server during lunch hours. The poor girl today was at the bar and running tables. She was super sweet, so nothing against her. That being said, be prepared for a pretty long wait or order ahead.
2) On the subject of ordering ahead, the online menu varies quite a bit from the menu you receive in the restaurant. There is a lot more variety on the physical menu than the online menu. That’s why I took pictures of the physical menu so people can see what they have and price points.

Whatever you do don’t order the Clams and Bread appetizer. The menu says they’re Littlenecks but I was told by our waitress “they’re actually Mahogany Clams”. Which, if I would asked her before I ordered my food, she would have told me because her dad was a Fisherman. That makes sense, right ? Anyways, great location across from the opera house if you want to get a Beer or Cocktail before the show.

I ordered on Friday a simple pizza at 6 pm for a get together online You would think the pizza would be done by 6:30 6:40 the least. Staff was so rude ! I was waiting at the front at the register for 15 minutes no one ever stoped and asked if I would need something. Then I attempted to speak to the help nothing . Then after 15 minutes I ask another women to help me she went to the back and I was supposed to wait for 10 more minutes?!
I asked for my money back. Yes it was a busy evening but you should be able to get it done . It’s a sorry place !!!

Place closes at 10pm I walked in and ask to sit at the bar . Hostess agreed and as I walked towards the bar my girlfriend asked “ can we still order food”? The hostess said “ no the kitchen is closed “ . Hmmmmmm???!!!! I decided to go to my car and call cause I felt a lil bit funny cause just didn’t seem right . I called and sure enough she answered the phone when I ask to place a order she replied “ yes we are serving pizza and grinders at the moment “ I was ver confused cause while I stood inside she not once mention anything about “ pizza and grinders “ literally said “NO” I’m a African American man I don’t want to sound like color matters but , does it ???

Great spot to eat! Located across the street from The Opera House was a nice touch. They food is great! And the prices good. They have cool bands too!
