I am very disappointed with my recent visit to Wendys. We waited about 25 minutes for our food and there was no apology for the delay. When we finally got our order they forgot to give us our drinks. I ordered a Crispy Chicken Biggie Bag and the sandwich was completely plain just a chicken patty on a bun. No lettuce no mayo nothing. I even paid extra for cheese and did not get that either. Overall the service and attention to detail were very poor.

I normally try to give places a fair chance, but my experiences at this location recently have been very disappointing.

On 2/23/26, I attempted to redeem a free Junior Bacon Cheeseburger reward through the Wendy’s app at the drive-thru. The manager scanned my app but said it wasn’t working. When I mentioned that the reward should still be valid, the interaction became unnecessarily argumentative. Instead of trying to resolve the issue or offering a solution, the manager responded sarcastically while canceling my order and made dismissive remarks as I was leaving the window.

I want to be clear that I understand technical issues can happen with apps. My concern was the attitude and lack of professionalism, especially from someone in a management position. I did report the incident to Wendy’s customer service, and they compensated me for the inconvenience.

I decided to give this location another try and went inside on a later visit, but unfortunately I witnessed something even more concerning. Someone who appeared to be a manager was handling fries with one hand while eating chicken nuggets from a box with the other hand at the same time. Seeing food being handled this way was very disturbing and raises serious concerns about food safety and hygiene.

I hope store leadership reviews both customer service expectations and food handling practices, because these experiences were disappointing.

When this Wendy’s first opened, the employees were courteous, personable and offered great service. Over time, service has steadily declined. Today, however, was the absolute worst! Ordered (2) combo meals; Double baconator meal and jr bacon cheeseburger meal. Service was sloooowwww, had to pull into mobile area to wait. After about 10 to 15 minutes my food was finally brought out by a teenage (?) employee walking in the slowest shuffle I’ve seen from anybody under 80 years old. To add insult to injury, after such an extended wait ( for what’s supposed to be FAST food) 1/2 the order was wrong. No bacon on the “Baconator” (how is this even possible???) missing an order of fries, missing the sauce for the nuggets, missing straws, missing napkins! I take the bag inside, counter person leaning over scrolling on his phone ( Mr. Slow Shuffle himself). I finally get my order corrected, get the baconator home to hubby, it only has 2 measly 1/2 pcs of bacon. I am totally disappointed with how poorly this Wendy’s service has fallen off. Better management, better training and employees who care about the job they do are needed. I won’t be returning.

It’s not the first time my order was messed up. If I could not rate it suits it just fine. The service there is poor. I ordered a Dave’s double with bacon what I got was a cheeseburger. I called to tell them about my experience was left on hold for a period of time. You could hear them in the background talking about personal things inappropriate for work atmosphere on excuses should be shut down.

I came to this location a couple of days ago and what really caught my attention was an employee who was skilled at everything. She made my sandwich, took my order, bagged my food and also made my fries all by herself while seeming stressed but she still was so genuinely kind to me. She is a very fast worker and continuously helped customers while other employees were busy talking and having a grand time. She stayed focused and got the job done, I asked what her name was and she said Tianna. She deserves to be recognized because employees like this make a difference.

I have visited this Wendy’s on several occasions, and unfortunately, I have been consistently disappointed. The lack of customer service and work ethic is evident, as the food is often unappealing, cold, and orders are frequently missing or incorrect.Both the drive-through and dine-in experiences at this location are consistently unsatisfactory. It seems this is a common complaint, yet no steps are being taken to improve. Perhaps low sales will eventually force management to address the issue. I will certainly not be back.

This is the 2nd time I have received bad service at the Wendy’s Dacula location. The 1st time, I cancelled our order when they didn’t have the 1st, 2nd or 3rd option I tried to order. Tonight we ordered 2 ck tender kids meals with Frosties, a Taco Salad and medium ice tea. They asked us to pull up as there was a slight wait on the tenders. We waited 10 minutes for them to bring out the kids meals but they forgot the taco salad & ice tea. So we waited again while they got them.
When we unpacked our dinner at home, we found only the lettuce part of the Taco Salad and nothing else. I paid for the entire item. Worst part..when I phoned to inform the mgr. RJ of their mistake and the seemingly lack of urgency and care the staff projected, he hung up on me!
Wendys, you will not fool me again.
You have lost my business!
To the owner of this franchise….I do not post negative reviews but feel I must this time…..you need to know there is a problem in order to fix it.

Worst location. Food is never ready when its a pick up order. Then when you go through the drive thru they always tell you pull up to wait in a parking spot for 10 mins or more for something simple. Ordering early doesnt work either. Workers are slow! Almost incompetent most of the time. Id rather drive further to get better and faster service.

Bad experience 10/30/2025. Bought a Wendy’s single, just the sandwich, and it was probably 4 to 5 hours old, and made me sick. A sandwich cannot sit that long under the light warmer with mayo on it. There was nothing fresh, and it was totally distasteful. Could only eat a few bites, before tossing it. This particular location has a hard time of serving fresh and hot food, and customer service is never good. Do not feel a need to revisit, always disappointed.

Same thing different day. You place a mobile order and plan ahead. You get to the window and they rush your drinks out so they can melt while they have you pull up to the door or mobile order spot. If they know they are behind, they should send everything out at once. By the time I get my stuff my drinks and frosty are melted.
