Terrible experience at this location, 1/14 at 3:14pm. Ordered a bigger plate with an extra entree, ate halfway in and found a whole METAL KEY in the food. Thankful we didn’t choke on this or chip a tooth. We called the location and spoke to the manager who confirmed this was indeed their key. Honestly we were so shocked by finding the key we weren’t even sure how to react over the phone when she asked for the key back.
Upon going back to the store to return it the same day, we had questions as to how the key got into the food (said it fell out of her pocket) and if replacing the meal was all they could do for this situation. The manager was not kind, looked like she was in a rush (not that busy), and was not sincere about the situation. As if we should be grateful for the replacement meal and not that we went out of our way to return a dirty key that she NEEDED.
We felt so sick thinking about where this key has been, in how many hands/pockets, and in the food being served. Mind you, none of the employees wears gloves while handling food (she said it’s optional) and there was nothing said that would prevent them from doing this again. The latter part was what made us question the cleanliness and operation decisions of this location.
She also did not replace our order fully and shorted us our extra entree. While this is a new Panda Express, I hope they look into new management asap.

We were sent a coupon for this place so we decided to try it out. We had a great experience. The place was clean and bright, food looked great from the get go. Guy serving the food was super friendly. Food turned out great and is a decent value for what you get, even without the coupon. Definitely worth the try! Thanks!

I was so hungry I just had to stop for food! I didn’t usually eat fast food, but I needed a quick pick me up.
I wish there were smaller choices because I decided a bowl in no time… And was to full for dinner!
The food was tasty, with a nice zing of spice, then I added some of their sauce.
This was certainly more nutritious than most fast food restaurants, probably has more processed foods than I would normally eat… But hey, it fit the bill when I needed it.
