Went in before and the food was absolutely fresh abd delicious. Today however lettuce was brown spinach was wilted the black olives wilted and tasted old. I told him that the lettuce was brown and bad and he was rude and told me no it was fine. I only ate half of my footlong. Took most the ingredients off of it once I got home bwfore eating it. Very disappointing because im sick with cancer and wanted a good sandwich and the other time I went the food was fresh the store was absolutely clean and smelled clean. However today the food was not fresh at all and I tried telling the guy that was working and making my subs and all he wanted to do was argue with me. Very disappointing because when I feel good to go out and get myself something to eat because im craving and want to feel good being sick with cancer and it was just very disappointing that they would even use the ingredients when they look old and argue with you when you ask for fresh ingredients. If we are paying why not make sure we are getting fresh veggies fresh ingredients.

I usually love this Subway in the Walmart in Russellville ,Al. But today was a disappointment My grandson ordered a foot long ,vegetarian , There were two workers ,One stood at the cash reg.and call the worker from the back. They didn’t listen to the order, the worker making the sub just barely put anything on the sub . Then instead of toasting the bread first he toasted it after everything was on. Making the spinach taste wilted and the lettuce .

Lady behind counter must have been hard of hearing gave no acknowledgment that my sons and i had entered and completely screwed up the order. Worst subway ever. It really deserves negative stars
