Best sushi!!! We had a few different rolls and they were all delicious. The Sexy Lady roll was just perfect. We came in shortly before closing but were greeted with kindness and smiles and were provided amazing service. They also made my little one feel extra special with some sushi caterpillars and a sweet treat. Thank you for the delicious food and friendly service!

Overall a really nice and casual sushi restaurant in the Westwood area. I am giving it a 4/5 because there are a few more other sushi spots that I like more in the immediate area, but this place is still worth visiting. It’s very bright on the inside and there’s actually a lot of seating available. Service was really fast but we ordered appetizers and entrées, but they ended up bringing everything at once, which I was hoping to avoid. They don’t have a parking lot, but it was easy to find metered street parking right out front.
They have a fairly extensive menu with a lot of the classics. They actually do have a great selection of choices. I started off with the clam miso soup, which was really nice and warm and a good start to the meal. Next came the softshell crab, which I thought was pretty good, although it was more fried than I like and I find it better when the crab is kept intact. Next came The Room Special Roll, which was very good, the Zumba Zumba roll, which was nice with the warm langostine on top, and some assorted nigiri.
In the end I would recommend to any sushi fan, especially if you are in the area.

The Room is my absolute favorite sushi spot in LA! I dream about the spicy tuna on crispy rice & albacore sashimi! The staff is AMAZING and the kindest staff ever. So thoughtful and always get the order perfect. I recommend to everyone!

I love this place for a quick bite to eat while I’m getting my car washed. I always get the same two things when I come because it’s so filling. I get the Zumba Zumba Roll and Spicy Edamame. They are both so good. As someone who loves teaching Zumba dance fitness classes, this roll is perfect for me. And I like dipping my Zumba Zumba roll in the edamame sauce. It’s the best! Try it out.

So this was our second visit. They seem to have gone through some changes for the better. The bar has been reduced to give more seating room. Also the name has changed. Our waitress was pleasant and very new – only 3 days at the job. But most importantly they have new rolls and a really great happy hour from 3 to 530 PM: buy a roll and get 50% off the second! The prices are average but the roll sizes are bigger than usual so it s great to plan woh friends.

Small place with good outdoor seating. I had the shamimi sampler(10 pieces chefs choice, miso soup and bowl of white rice), edemame appetizer, and a matcha ipa(it was green, surprisingly tasty!). I went fairly late, probably a half hour before close, the staff was friendly enough. I liked the beer posters/advertisements on the wall. Will definitely go back.
