My latte was more oat milk than coffee. Seemed “watered down or should I say, milked down?” Employees were nice but I’d like redue on my coffee and will learn from filling out this form if you will honor that or ignore it.
Was very busy which is why I didn’t bother to ask for a new coffee.
Trash cans wee overflowing – I had to tell employees this. Place was dirty. Needs a good sweeping in all the corners, not just traffic spaces.

This Caribou location has so much great seating. In front of the fireplace there are soft leather chairs to relax and enjoy your coffee or to read the various magazines that the store keeps available. There are tables for two, high top tables, tables for four, and a large table if a lot of space is needed.
Music is playing, but not at a volume that will drown out your conversation. The staff is friendly and are willing to give some advice on drinks.

This location has always been wonderful to visit! We go there often enough our dogs just lead us there by default on our walks. There is some lovely outside space to sit and while there you can attend to many other errands like groceries, EP Liquor, and Patina.
No drive through, but curbside works just as well.

I would give it a zero if i could- the lady in drive thur , one of the bigger size employees was incredibly rude . And didnt understand a thing i said in the intercome , i would invest into some new employees that will actually do there job correctly and nicely. Also was screaming at one of her coworkers very disrespectful im so sorry for who has to work with her.

Order took 25 mins to make with zero customers. Everyone working there seems like they don’t want to work. My order was only made after asking for it waiting for a while. The girl lied and said she already made it and someone took it. Hmmmmm not really.
