This is the second time I have tried this Dominos, and it is still a horrible experience. The driver was polite enough, but delivery is slow because they have too many stops. Also, the food was terrible. The pizza was not cooked properly and the cinnamon twists were greasy and flat; we just threw them away. Complete waste of money and no quality control. Two strikes is enough for me to be done with this place, especially after reading the other reviews. I think they are only in business because people expect a Dominos to be decent.

I normally enjoy coming here. My only complaint is that they will sometimes mark the food as complete in the app before it’s actually complete. I hate getting out of my car thinking I’m gonna grab my pizza and turn around but once I get in, it’s still actually cooking. Please work on that. It’s not honest and it’s a bit annoying.

App tracker was way off. We get the notification that our order is ready, we get to the store 10 minutes later to pick up the order and we were told “another 10-15 minutes” my order was wrong, one pizza was pepperoni and HALF pineapple, my husband witnessed an employee picking pineapple off half of the pizza and placing it in the other side. Pineapple juice baked into the entire pizza. The other pizza was requested to have been lightly sauced, it is clearly on the heavy sauced side. The employees are more focused on socializing with each other than quality and order accuracy.

Domino’s App notified me that my order was ready and is ready to be picked up, as soon as I got inside I was then informed that it was not ready and that i have to wait 15 more minutes. After like forever of waiting I got my order and upon checking my pizza was burnt! Bad service.

Highly Dissatisfied with the service portion of our experience. We hesitantly payed full price for a 3hr 10min wait order to top off the wait in expectation of a delivery. As i cordially spoke to my disapproval of non-communication, i question the effort to have a backup plan when their claim was of their phones being down. So as my family and i waited in anxt with all the wonder in the world, we could not fathom a reason as to why the staff did not show any concern by letting us know of any alternative choices. Further, there was no initiative on their part to instill a break in the price, that of which i had to again work for and resulted in having to just pay the full price of $93.87 for a 3hr 10min waited for pizza that we had to make contingency for in picking up; as opposed to our original request in delivery. The cherry on top of the top-off is the overcooked pizza as seen in the attached pix. Granted, as full disclosure, a slight bias to the rigorous efforts of retail workers, there is a standard of service that is lacking at this location. I hope for their seek to grow leads this as a learning experience, however, its coupled with a well-founded highly dissatisfied experience that moves me to consider change to not include this location. I hope for Tim, the store mgr, leads his team to inspire change and invoke service-oriented principles that transcends their current work experience.

This is my 2nd review at the location. First off the employee that brought out my food had no customer service manners. I’m the one that has to say hello first and then I said thank you and she walked away from my car because I did curbside. Got home and the pizza that was cut is a joke, not only that but the toppings are all in the middle wth. I shouldve gone to the margarita location instead.

Listen to the reviews lol Nothing has changed. Got the order wrong not once but twice. Waited over 1 hour for our 1st order when it said 35mins. When it was wrong they said they will fix it and send another one literally 2 hours later showed up and it was the wrong order again. I gave them 2 stars because the manager was nice and refunded me And apologized. Which I appreciate. But will not be going back.

4/26/2025 @ 12:50PM – Ordered three pizzas and one dessert online for carry out. Order was ready much sooner than time they originally quoted. Parking there is extremely limited and I had to park at the 7/11 vacuum cleaners. Inside it was clean and I was met with a friendly cashier. Got my order and was on my way home. Hot and fresh and exactly as we ordered. No complaints. We will be back soon as long as they have great carry out specials.
