My husband loves some good sushi. Decided to try this place. Love, love, loved it. Its a small place but very accommodating. We sat at the bar not knowing that there are bar specials. An incentive for leaving tables free for larger groups. Tried the beef teriyaki with global plate served with white rice, miso soup, and salad. Very good and tasty. My husband had the bar pick 3 special for $25 (cheapest I’ve seen) for 18 piece fresh sushi. You have raw or baked options. Will definitely return during the week as they have the Monday thru Friday lunch specials.

Not only am I now in a food coma, my heart was SINGING as I was eating the food. The waiter (Vanessa) was very hospitable and kind and helped order and fill out requests (such as asking for lemons or clearing out dishes.) The sushi tasted SO GOOD. Buttery and smooth and not to fishy. Compared to other nearby resturaunts that have sushi and fish, bluemaki sushi is like you’re ascending to heaven ❤ Would definitely come again!

5 stars is not enough to explain my experience here today!!! The owner was working behind the sushi bar and gave the best service I have ever had at any restaurant. Everyone was so kind and great. They have a deal where you sit at the bar and get 3 rolls for $25. On top of that, the owner made us this cute little bear and flower out of an orange and tuna. I already loved this place for the food but they definitely won me over for their service!!!

Really great experience when we visited this establishment. The portions were very big and the cuts were fresh and delicious. No complaints on my part. Definitely adding this to my top favorite. Also, the prices were affordable. Great job!!

The Bento box was very delicious. The salmon was cooked perfectly. The service was top-tier. The rolls were very tasty and fresh overall, it was a good experience in a convenient location. Highly recommended.

The food itself was very good. My issue honestly comes from the service. I stepped into the facility and was told sit anywhere you want. There were three people total inside when I walked in. Plenty of empty tables to choose from and since I wanted to order multiple appetizers I chose a 4 chair table. Once I sat down the server came and said “ can you move to a small table. It Saturday and we get actual families that come in. Now why I understand this it was 320 in the afternoon and there were many many many empty tables the entire time I was there and I was told to sit anywhere and then told to move and It honestly ruined the atmosphere for me.

This place was absolutely the best sushi restaurant I’ve ever been to. Me and the boyfriend came here today and the food was splendid. Literally spent no time waiting. Got some sushi and soup and oh my god that was the best sushi I’ve ever had. The miso was so fire. The staff was really nice and attentive and didn’t rush us at all. The fish was very fresh. Everything about this place was amazing and I’ll definitely come back ♡

There’s a sushi bar menu that is currently 3 for $25 for dinner option when sitting at the “sushi bar” specifically. The quality of the sushi is just as good as before the move. I marked the atmosphere short since it does lack the traditional setup with the sushi chef(s) in view, as well as the corridor to the restrooms/ the restrooms themselves being a bit unkempt. Regardless, we will still be back for the friendly staff and great food.

Love the 80’s music, but the last two times the found quality has gone way down. Got lunch specials for the whole family and 4 out of 5 if us were disappointed overall. The seafood quality was off, the California roll and spicy tuna roll were loose and tasted old. The chicken teriyaki was fine, but not exceptional. Compared to other options for bento box in the area, the cost was way too much for the quality. I hope they figure it out because it used to be much better and I love the vibe here.
