The worst pizza I’ve ever had. No kidding, it was horrible and I had to throw it out. Ordering online was easy and the pizzas were ready when he walked in to pick them up. Had I been the one to pick them up, I would have asked for a refund. He gets home and opens the boxes and the disappointment on his face was palpable. His pizza (Three Meat Treat) was lacking a nice portion of meats and was drenched in grease. Yes, it’s going to be greasy from the meat, but the box was soaked through. He said it was passable to eat. My pizza (Extramostbestest Pepperoni) didn’t even look cooked. And, the amount of pepperoni seemed like it was just a regular pepperoni pizza. The dough looked weird because it was practically raw. I tried to pull the slices apart and though they were sliced, the pieces stuck together because the dough was obviously raw in the middle. Putting the pieces in the air fryer for a few minutes didn’t even help. This was or second and LAST visit to this location. And, our first visit was met with our order being, but they did fix that issue.

We have tried this location several times on the way home to Goodlettsville and it’s just never great. The food is just not up to expectations. We ordered Italian cheese bread & the Extra Most Bestest cheese pizza tonight. The pizza looked no better than a regular cheese but still not as good as the Goodlettsville locations, cheese bread is super dry, not the classic buttery Italian cheese bread we have always gotten. We choose this over the other chains because we actually do like the food more than other fast food pizza places..

I ordered a single box of Italian cheese bread. I was told that there was none ready and to please pull up front for about 10 minutes. I say there for 30+ minutes until I finally went through to the drive thru. They handed me my food and it is only slightly warm and feels doughie.

Yah, the crazy mean girl is no longer there. She has been replaced by a friendly mature woman who is working her tail off. We waited up for a long time, but didn’t mind because we saw she was busy and hustling. We even tipped her, thank goodness she is there and we can enjoy yummy little Ceasars again!

Extra Mostest Crust!! After being upcharged into an extra mostest I recieved 3 inches of crust. I asked for regular thinking it would be around 6 bucks a piece. I asked why it was nearly 20 bucks for 2 pizzas and got a “covid” excuse. I’d I’m going to pay near 10 bucks a pie I’m going to Papa John’s where I won’t be disappointed!!

First let me say that my family loves Little Caesars. We were so excited when this store opened in White House and placed several orders there. Unfortunately, the store is poorly managed and struggles with order accuracy, delays, and inconsiderate staffing. It’s difficult, at best, to get them on the phone, and their voice mail is always full. I initially quit going to this store for these reasons, but recently gave them another chance, thinking perhaps things had gotten better. Unfortunately, the issues persist. I’ve placed three orders since this decision, and two were inaccurate and delayed, with no acknowledgement or offer from the store to offset the issues. Like most people, I work hard for my money, and expect to get what I pay for. I also expect for it to be ready near the stated time. And to be clear, I’m not looking for my entire order to be comped, just some acknowledgement of the issues, and an effort to make them right.
Most recently I placed an online order @ 3:40pm for drive thru pickup at 5pm. Received email confirmation stating the order would be ready for pickup between 5:00 and 5:05pm. Arrived at the store at 5:07pm. Order was not ready until 5:23 and my sone (who went inside) was told the delay was due to the Pepperoni Puffs being in the oven. Got home (6 miles away) and discovered they had given us regular stuffed crust, instead of pretzel stuffed crust pizza. (I know we should have checked before leaving, but didn’t due to being rushed) .
I called the store and informed the assistant manager who told me I could bring the incorrect pizza back and he would replace it. I live 6 miles away from the store (12 miles round trip) and told him this. I had already made this trip once and waited beyond the stated time for my order to be completed. There was no offer to replace all order items (so they wouldn’t get cold during the return) or to provide a discount of any kind. And when I asked about this, I was told they could only replace the incorrect pizza.
Sad to say that this store will no longer be getting my business, referrals, or good reviews.

Unless you are dying to get sick… do NOT go to this little Ceasars. I unfortunately cannot post a full length video of me confronting this restaurant with the fly that was baked into my bread and was obviously there when they added other ingredients when it came out of the oven. Confrontation happened and would not simply give me my money back for the meal that was $18.
Didn’t even care about the $18….2 things though… I have a sick child with leukemia and ingesting something like this could have caused complications… and 2. it was simply to prove a point that places like this would rather have bad reviews and bad social media posts than to simply pay a customer back what they paid for their meal.
If I figure out how to post the full video, I will….

Not sure what they are doing lately but we used to love little ceasars. Now they are putting no care whatsoever into their pizza. It is cut in different sizes and so disgusting now. I didn’t leave this review last time because I thought it was a fluke one time thing but this is how they are doing now. Never again.

The owner of this place needs to get their establishment under control. We ordered one pizza and some bread sticks and he had us waiting 30 plus minutes with screaming kids in the car. While he walks around and vapes outside and sits in the back of the store. We got a refund and left. Make pizzas and have them ready to go. It’s not hard. Make sure you ask for a receipt! He didn’t offer one or ask if we wanted one, upon looking at our refund receipt we saw he had up charged us for the “EMB” pizza which we did not ask for!! Very shady business practice. No telling how many people get charged the extra dollar for something they didn’t ask for!! We went to Zaxby’s after this debacle and received our food fast and the correct price!
