I truly appreciate dining at this Burger King location. The staff is consistently friendly, and the food is always fresh and tasty. The restaurant maintains a clean interior and has a pleasant atmosphere. Additionally, this Burger King features a play area for children and offers great food prices. I also enjoy the option to use Burger King coupons and rewards at this location.

Honestly, my 2 hamburgers were the worst hamburgers I’ve ever had. There certainly must have been an error when filling the bag. These hamburgers were so dry, I could hardly swallow them. They must have been cooked yesterday, or possibly early this morning. I bought these at about 2.pm. Never had an experience like this with BK before. Still can’t believe it.

The folks at this location are so great. They are so friendly and the food is always great. I seriously can’t say enough good things about this location. Props to the location manager for clearly running a tight ship and having employees that care vs other restaurants that the staff clearly doesn’t care at all.

Showed up at 9:05 pm on Tuesday, January 6, with a bus load of hungry players and cheerleaders after an away game. Service was outstanding and quick. Most fast food places can go cold quick when that many people arrive less than an hour before the dining room closes. Manager that night and employees served with joy.

Probably the lowest staffing I’ve ever seen, wait time is longer especially at the drive thru. Not quite happy with my other, I got 2 bacon cheeseburgers and got regular cheeseburgers, I asked for 8 piece chicken fries, got charged for it and only got 4 piece, theres like 3 people working there and it’s easier for things to get mixed up with many orders coming in at once, management needs to fix this

Whatever the music channel is, I added 10 songs to my Playlist. Friendly crew took care to make sure my special order was done right. I love Burger King and this one in Wake Forrest stands far above for their cook. I didn’t catch his name but it went above and beyond to be sure he may it my way. The manager, the girls at the counter were so friendly after my long day at work, I was so happy to spend some time grading papers and hanging out. Thank you, staff!!

Tuesday September 30, 2025. Just spent nearly $30 in the drive through Order#28 — 1 whopper Jr meal 1 double cheese burger meal, 1 big fish meal, 1 vanilla shake 1 chocolate shake 1 LG fr candy. Was given a plain cheese burger instead of a big fish sandwich!! Will stop by for the fish the sandwich tomorrow Wednesday Oct 1.

I’m actually very disappointed and annoyed with this location. I came here for an impossible whopper. Because I do not eat meat and I’m not sure what occurred, but I was given a meat burger, and when I came back to the store I was questioned if I ordered it correctly, which I did. I will NEVER COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION. I am beyond angry. The manager seemed almost annoyed that I asked for the food to be remade. 0/5

Just went through the drive through and the girl that took my order was just plane rude. I place my order and ask for BBQ, get to the window and the look on her face as if I’m bothering her by being there. Doesn’t say anything takes my card and shuts the window with no word. Gives me my food and only thing she asks is if I want any ketchup, I reply just the bbq I asked for. Doesn’t say anything and shuts the window and walks away…no bbq in the bag. Such a shame for such a new and nice building and no surprise it’s rated in a 3 star.
