Okay, so this is my honest, personal opinion/ review. My coworkers recently put me onto Moe’s about two weeks ago since I have never eaten there. Yes, I’m a newbie. I got the adobo chicken bowl with half seasoned and cilantro lime rice with a bunch of toppings (see pics). I actually liked it. Nice size portion, so I can eat two days off of mine. They can be a little skimpy on the shredded cheese, so just ask for more, easy fix. I believe they should give more guacamole since you’re paying extra for it, but it could have just been the server being stingy with me, lol. Other than that, it was a chicken bowl to me, so nothing bad to say at all. If you haven’t had it yet, you should give it a try and be your own judge. They also have great deals if you sign up for their apps or give them your phone number for text deals. This is a great perk compared to other places. IJS…IYKYK!

I’ve been coming to this location for years and the workers just seem bitter. i went today and spent 17.05 and gave the worker a 20$ bill, i told her i had the change and gave her courtesy requesting a moment to get it. i then asked my husband to go get the .5 cent out of our car and this worker would not cash me out until she got the change….. i understand everyone has a job but five cent? what kind of hospitality is that? i felt that was unkind and prolly the worst behavior I’ve had happen to me from someone that didn’t want to work in the culinary industry. she wouldn’t even play it off. i felt unwelcome, ignored and unimportant. the cashier was not serving hospitality and never made eye contact with me. she ignored everything i said and ignored me like i was not the objective. mediocre and overseasoned food alongside TERRIBLE customer service and even poor management. Chips were stale as well. i WAS NOT SATISFIED WHATSOVER. LOST APPETITE. IT COSTS NOTHING TO BE KIND.

Ordered the junior burrito with steak w/ free chips and salsa and a cup of queso. Paid almost 20.00 for this meal. The whole burrito was practically rice with very minimal steak. It is $ 2.50 extra for steak so I would expect to get a decent amount . Will never go to this Moes location again.

We usually frequent the Moe’s in Opelika, but we were in Montgomery visiting my nephew, so we stopped in for lunch.
This location has a nice little patio for customers to eat outside. Inside, it seems like this location has been updated. Changing from red to blue was a good decision. It’s an iconic color, for sure.
The ladies behind the counter were fun and very kind. We got our food quickly, even though there were several online orders being made alongside ours.
The food was delicious and exactly what we wanted. I got a veggie homewrecker burrito and it was excellent.
Altogether a great experience.

Oh Moes, most people already know about Moe’s but here it goes. This location isn’t bad. They didn’t yell welcome to Moe’s on this occasion… To anyone, so that’s a win for me. For anyone who is new to Moe’s it’s basically build a burrito/taco/quesadilla out of what we have in heated containers behind the bar. Food was good in spite of them being out of pico at the time and the odd chewy chip. I got the stacker with adobo chicken and bacon. Not spotless but not too dirty. Associates could probably act less like they regret their life decisions, but overall it wasn’t a bad trip to Moe’s

Ordered online around 12:15pm…was supposed to be ready at 12:31pm. I didn’t walk out with my order until 12:50pm…I waited 20 mins on a order that should have been ready upon arrival. There were 5 members on the line, so I don’t understand how there were so many people waiting for their online orders…ridiculous! And also they had a dirty sanitizing bucket sitting in the counter. ♀Going forward I’ll stick to the EastChase location. Mind you I only have a 30min lunch break

It was my first time going to Moe’s, I did a group order to go and it was close to getting everything right, they just missed putting one more Queso dip in my bag but we just ended up splitting someone else dip instead of going back, but you’re bound to miss something ordering for a big group so overall good food and service.
