Ordered delivery and ot took an hour for them to notify me that the order was canceled and then sat on tje phone for 15 more minutes requesting a refund. Nobody told me I had to call to even get a refund. So after waiting an hour I had to call customer service and they could give me no reason as to why it was canceled and only offer a refund which I figured would be automatic if they canceled my order. Very displeased

The customer service was great and fast , but pizza was soggy you could not pull apart slices , when you did and tried to take a bite the cheese and toppings slid of very limp crust. Horrible like it was wet, and very salty could not eat it

I asked for a sausage pizza and I learned that you need to inspect the pie before you buy and it was completely dry and looked like it may have been from the night before so I asked for a fresh one and they put it back in the heater to screw the next guy.

New bites were starting to be black and didn’t look or smell good. Said I’d have to wait half hour to 45 minutes if I wanted them remade? Or she’d just give me my money back. I took my refund. Sad had to figure something out for dinner for the kids all over again. Disappointed we were.

4 of our last 5 pizzas from the Ironwood location have been so undercooked that we had to fire up the oven and cook them when we got them home. Seriously, like getting half-baked pizzas. You can’t even pick up a slice to eat it. Ridiculous.

Make sure to check your pizzas . Ordered 2 pep and 2 sausage. They come out with only 2 pep and 1 sausage. After I pretty much spelled out my order for girl at the counter 4 times. Then I buy another sausage pizza after her screw up and the idiots give me another pep. Only went here cause we were going to fireworks in Bessemer. Doubt I’ll ever go back there

Stopped to pick up a pizza. Said we’d have to wait 15-20min. But that they had a sausage pizza and pepperoni puffs ready to go so we purchased that and some crazy bread. We live 26 miles away. When we got home and opened both the pizza and pepperoni puffs we found they both were burned. Asked to talk to manager asked name and hung up on us. Called back to speak to a very rude manager who said we’d have to bring it back to prove it was burned. At 9:15pm and a thunder storm we weren’t going to bring it back. Asked if he’d credit us. Response was no and again he hung up. Lost us as customers!!!!
