Fairly busy for a Sunday, we were sat at a table immediately and served fried noodles with duck sauce and mustard. The noodles were a nice size, fresh and crisp and the duck sauce had a pleasant sweetness. My husband ordered the House Steak, I ordered the Seafood Wor Bar and we ordered roast pork fried rice. The steak portion looked like 2 small Salisbury steaks smothered in BBQ sauce and served with giant stalks of broccoli. Although the portion was disappointing, he said it was flavorful. My Seafood portion consisted of a ridiculous amount of vegetables and hardly any seafood. Although it was supposed to include crab, which I assumed would be imitation, there was no crab to be found. The lobster was a stringy, chewy mess. And then there were a few shrimp and scallops, no flavor to anything. The fried rice was nice and dark with good flavor, but had too many sliced onions. The service was good and our drinks were promptly kept refilled. We have been here before, but tonight we didn’t enjoy the food enough to return.

First off, I want to say we had been going here for YEARS. We would often eat in, and the food and service used to be great. Recently, a MASSIVE change in quality and service. Both absolutely AWFUL. I’ve legit argued now two times with the older gentleman on the phone and my father a third time in person when asking for extra orange chicken sauce because repeatedly, it’s been BONE DRY and overcooked. I politely mentioned last time it was super chewy and the owner was super nasty. My dad went to pick up the food and the guy was so arrogant and rude to him, rushed him out and when my dad asked for extra sauce, which he didn’t get, the guy said “what do you want? It’s on the chicken.” It absolutely was NOT. He then proceeded to literally toss two duck sauce cups in the box, which clearly wasn’t the orange chicken sauce that we had asked for. We will never go here again. Ever. Horrible customer service, dry and overcooked chicken. Even when they get annoyed at you, when you’re a PAYING customer, they STILL don’t care enough to get your order right. If you tell them, they just get irritated and ask what you want from them and don’t even care to correct it. Try one of the many great places in the area because this is NOWHERE near the Chinese food restaurant that it used to be. Good riddance.

I love this place. They have the best Chinese food in my area. My favorites are there sautéed string beans, their pork fried rice & their BBQ’d ribs on or off the bone. Any of their dishes are freshly made. Take out or dine in. They have dinner specials as well. The staff is courteous and has excellent customer service. You won’t be disappointed.

We were having dinner with family since our kids are home from college. Food was So disappointing ,had NO taste at all. My Bro in Law and I both ordered Hot and Spicy, and the fried noodles had more flavor and spice then the meals did. My wifes smelled bad and she stopped after first bite
Even the bar drinks had a really off flavor ( when even college kids say it’s Nasty, you know it’s bad).
I have given Lotus a great rating in the past, but this was like eating somewhere completely different, I don’t know what happened to them

Extremely impressed by the service, the waiter promptly took our order, filled our water glasses and was right there to re fill them the moment we took a sip!
We opted for the $25.99 dinner special.
It included soup, egg roll, main course and dessert!
The value is wonderful!
We each got something different, we were immediately impressed with the size of the portions!
Definitely having left overers tonight!
Far too full for dessert!
This is a must visit.
