Good service and friendly staff, however, my sandwhich came with extra ingredients that I didn’t order and that I don’t particularly like. I picked them off and didn’t raise a stink about it, though it was disappointing. The sandwich was also supposed to be toasted. It didn’t look, feel, or taste like it had been.

Horrible service, have to ask for lids for drinks , napkins, anything you need because they don’t keep up with anything. Restaurant is nasty. Went to sit at two booths and mountains of ants under them. Rude workers. Will never order here again.

I ways come to subway, but lately I have had bad service I went there last night 11/11/25 and no customers were there I pulled up to drive thru and no one waited on me 5 minutes went by I pulling off she said hi can I help you I just left. They changed there Wraps has no flavor dosen’t give the flavor the old wrap did taste like water and flour no flavor what so ever go back to what you was using.

As others have said, online order instructions dont seem to be followed a lot. I had an issue with my entire order and have fought with them for 2 weeks now for a refund, being affirmed that I will receive it 3 separate time still with no refund. Staff is super nice but I just never get the correct orders from here.

A dead gnat and specks of dirt floating around in my drink when I opened the lid. Subway’s customer service online assured me I would be refunded upon talking to the employees here. However, when I came back to the building, I was refused a refund for it under the excuse that I should have called them directly instead of reporting it to the company’s customer service site. Huge red flag that they don’t want customers telling the company about their negligence & they will refuse to fix their own mistake for you as retaliation.

Intake Manger for our office went to pick up subs for the office and came back for everyone with sandwiches. The white bread was ridiculously old and stale. Called to them (as if I haven’t eaten at subway for the past 20 years.. also used to manage one in Huntley, IL for 2 years in High School) and the owner starts yelling at me telling me it was door dash’s fault and I explained that they made the sandwiches in front of her at the store.

Then she continues to tell me that the bread was made this morning and its all super fresh etc. I will upload the photo of mine so you can see how fresh it was but I couldn’t even eat the end because I couldn’t even tear it off. Also, lady. why would I bother to call and tell you it was stale AND write this review if it wasn’t hard as a brick!

I didn’t ask for anything or want anything literally called to tell them to throw it away and not serve it to anyone else and then she starts telling me I am wrong, it is fresh and I don’t know what I am talking about.. “do you want another one… come get it then!” she finally ends with as a solution. Do I want one? Yes – Do I want what I paid for… yes! Can I take the limited time left on my lunch to come back and pick it up.. No!

Just trying to remember your slogan.. what was it again.. oh yeah “eat fresh” not “eat day old bread we couldn’t sell yesterday” so screw the customers tomorrow and charge them a ridiculous full price for a sandwich when we know FULL WELL that all you are trying to do is .30 cents.. I mean bread! Literally bread – the absolute cheapest part of the sandwich.

Get real and just be honest and stop serving old food to people bc of your chase for the almighty dollar. Myself and none of our staff will be back. I might mention we have 70 people in our office and I will send out an email to everyone with this review as well.
