This is really a great restaurant. They lost 1 star just because the actual building needs serious maintenance and cleaning. Pretty rough and best up old bar restaurant. Filthy overhead fan and floors.
But the food and service was good enough to still get 4 stars. Huge selection of freshly grilled fish. Large menu of other items also. Worth a visit, especially if they clean it up and paint a little. Obviously a local hangout.

Just wow! This place has changed so much! And for the better! This is a nice open restaurant, with an extra dining room in back and a large “beer garden” type patio outside
They have quite a few craft beers including local ones on tap. The menu is huge! Like 6 pages! But it’s very tailored, to Salads, BBQ, sandwiches, and seafood. And omg their seafood selection is amazing! And the prices are even better! Everything we ate was good. And everything smelled delicious. The fries were fresh cut type and perfect. And the servers, although a little slow, but it was packed, were super friendly and accommodating.

We came there to celebrate my Birthday. We got there at 4 pm when they opened. Nobody was there yet except the owner. She took our drink order, the the bartender/ waitress finally showed up at 4:10. She was very pleasant but appeared rushed and not really ready to work. We ordered an appetizer which was the best part of our meal. I ordered baramunda ( which I’ve had in the past) it came out warm, the middle was mushy and tasted horrible. It had a long black line down the center. I swear it was tilapia. My husband had the hamburger steak. It was over cooked and tasted like yesterday’s food, his baked potato also tasted old. We complained to the waitress who must’ve talked to the owner and they only took 10% off of the bill. We each had a small beer and I reordered shrimp which wasn’t very good tasting and was very chewy. We were very disappointed with the food. Its not the same place as it was a year ago. The bathroom was dirty and there was major construction going on in the ceiling. We will not be going back. They should have comped my meal because I couldn eat ether one that I ordered. Don’t waste your money here!

We, a party of 4, had reservations for 6:15 on a Saturday night. Only 1 waiter in the whole place along with the cook, runner and busboy. Took over 20 minutes for him to take our drink order, another 15 minutes to take our appetizer order, the appetizers arrived 15 minutes later before our drinks, then he took another 15 minutes for him to take our meal order. He did not check on our drinks until we went up to the bar to ask for a refill. After being in the cold restaurant for 2.25 hours, we finally got our check. The manager/runner said 3 people called in sick, but maybe we should have just gotten an appetizer and left. Food was great, but service was a 1 and the dining room needs a little TLC.
