My recent visit to this establishment was deeply disappointing. We were initially told our order would be ready in 15 minutes, but it took over 40 minutes to receive our food. At no point were we given an update or explanation for the delay, which reflects a lack of transparency and respect for customers’ time.
When we expressed our frustration and requested a refund due to the excessive wait and poor service, our request was denied without consideration. The food, once received, was underwhelming and did not justify the delay.
Most concerning, however, was the owner’s response to feedback. When I attempted to calmly voice my concerns, he abruptly closed the service window — and in doing so, caught my finger in it. This action was not only unprofessional, but potentially harmful.
Customer service should be rooted in respect, accountability, and a willingness to listen. Unfortunately, this experience fell far short of that standard. I hope this feedback encourages the business to reflect on and improve its customer interactions moving forward.

I had very high hopes for this place but I was so disappointed with the food. I stopped to get a quick bite before hitting the road to SC. I opted for chicken tenders and fries (easy to eat while driving)! I paid $13 for this plate with 2 tenders and very oily fries. I took a bite of the fries even though they didn’t look appetizing because 1 I haven’t eaten all day & 2 I paid $13 lol and oil just dripped from it. to add to it the guy that took my debit card was very nice , he was taking a phone call and sitting in a chair outside of the food truck, it seemed like a inconvenience that he had to ring the sale up. The prices are outrages for the amount of food you get.

They came to Atrium, everyone was excited to try the food truck. We were very disappointed after ordering. The wings were good but the fries were extremely greasy and they advertised waffle fries but we received steak fries. I went back to try the mixed vegetables. They were cold, had no taste and taste like dirt from the grill. I could only eat the wings. Many coworkers were not pleased and had to make many trips back. Honestly the worst food truck experience.

I have the right food truck! Black with a small black “school bus” that pulls the truck.
The customer service is top notch. I wanted mushrooms on my sandwich which they didn’t offer at the time. So, they replaced my Philly(and fries) for free with a drink! Still no mushrooms but that sandwich is like butta baby and melts in ur mouth. It’s Really good.
They serve bowls etc also. Only thing I would like on the Crinkle fries is a tad more flavor(salt or old bay?). And a bit more crunch. I seasoned them when I got home(np!) Some folks don’t do salt etc. They’re a great family from what I can tell! Great young adults working there too. Very polite. Get this Philly in ya mouth lol!!! I highly recommend ! Customer service matters folks! The other reviews are for a different establishment in which I’ve never tried. Don’t confuse the 2! Thank you for y’all’s kindness. It’s rare nowadays.

I really hate to leave a poor review on such a small business. But, I have to be honest. I got a regular fry that was a little larger than a small at most places. They had almost no flavor. The “ultimate cheesesteak” was anything but. The sandwich was mostly bun and the filling was also lacking flavor. If I were incredibly intoxicated, I wouldn’t have minded paying about $5 for the sandwich and $1.50 for the fry. But, the staggering $18 was a far cry from that.
