10.9.2025. Unfortunately, the y were closed the day in visited Casey, Illinois, However, any restaurant that occupies an important and historic building in town and keeps it nostalgia deserves a 5 star review.

Great place for a great home cooked meal. The open faced breaded pork chop and Italian beef were very good. Very friendly and clean. They normally close at 1 so get there early. They have breakfast also!

Great food. Friendly staff. Casual diner set inside a historic building. We were told it used to be an old bank and newspaper room. So cool! French toast is good, hash browns cooked perfectly. Good coffin, cup always full. Highly recommend.

The food is good. The servers are nice. Their hours are very inconsistent though which can be quite frustrating. You basically have to check their Facebook Page to see what the hours are or if they are open. And they do not have a lot of space now after opening gambling machines in the front so you may have to wait. Their Mexican food is better than the Mexican restaurant in town! Try the taco salad!

We were in town and got the cajun pork loin sandwich with onion rings This was the special today. We chose the loaded bake potato for the second side over the house salad.
