I just came through Taco Bell not even 30 minutes ago and both of my tacos were cold and my burrito was they were soggy and barely an edible. I am very disappointed in the food and everything of the experience this evening about Taco Bell and the service at the window, the lady at the window Very rude. And I paid for a medium Baja blast in a medium Mountain Dew failed to even give me my drinks too

The worst location I’ve ever been to! So sad to see it go downhill so fast. Three soft tacos thrown together & so incredibly greasy they are barely edible!! Yuck! Go anywhere but here — I WILL NEVER recommend this location!

This location’s phone is turned off so you can’t call to speak with anyone. I have a special needs child so it’s not like I can load back up to the store. I’m mad. this store is a joke! My chalupa is rock hard. I have no teeth. How am I suppose to eat that? Fries are cold. And yet again…. the freeze machine is broke….. go to one of the other 4 Mexican restaurants on town. At least you won’t leave the other places in a foul mood for being so blatantly ripped off

$26 to feed 1 adult and 1 toddler. No sauce packets and no napkins. The chicken in the tacos was brown and scary looking. Definitely not any where near fresh and decided not to eat it because I can’t deal with getting food poisoning right now. Also paid for extra nacho cheese. The cups were not even 1/3 of the way full.

Took them an hour to start my food ever time I tried taking to them it took them 20 minutes to come to the counter the cook and front drive was out side smoking about 5 to 6 people had to come back to get there order fixed or to get something they didn’t put in the bag not great service really disappointing in them

I was in Sulphur so I decided to use my reward. I got a free beef chulupa. The chulupa was hard as a rock. Even for free it was not good at all. Very disappointed.

We arrived and the menu was not working. When I asked for help I was told that I was just going to have to wait. She proceeded to tell me that they only had three people working. After moving to another machine I finally able to get my to get my order through. Then we had to wait five minutes for a cup to get our drinks. After that wait we waited 30 minutes for food. When we got the food it was burnt to a crisp and thrown together like trash. I honestly think a 5 year old could made it better. Oh I guess they magically got three more workers. When we were leaving they had 6 workers. Three had been out back smoking.

Easily the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. We have a little lake place in Sulphur and were ready to try out the new guy in town (Taco Bell). Could not of done a worse job if they tried. No human interaction, order on a tablet which doesn’t work. When we asked simple questions they had zero answers or care. Food finally came out incorrectly made and burnt. I have plenty of patience and this place tried every bit of it. Go anywhere but here.
