I tried calling Tom’s Jr Burger to share some information about a local delivery service that helps restaurants lower their delivery costs — not to sell anything, just to give them a friendly heads-up. Unfortunately, I was cut off mid-sentence and hung up on without a chance to finish.
It’s disappointing, especially when so many restaurants are struggling with delivery fees and could benefit from innovative, community-driven solutions. Good customer service isn’t just about how you treat paying customers — it’s also about how you treat other local businesses trying to collaborate and help.
Hopefully, this was just a bad moment and not the standard way they handle calls, because manners and professionalism go a long way in building good relationships in the community.

Love this place!!!!!! The prices are great the food is the best never disappoints. The food is very flavorful and it has the same consistency every time you go because it’s the same Chef every time. This is one of the few places where you could get an actual grilled chicken burger with actual chicken not a frozen patty. They have a very extensive menu Mexican food fajitas, all kinds of burgers salads are delicious try it will not disappoint. This Tom’s jr. Burger is on the corner of Main and Daly and a shopping center with a Sprint PCS a nail shop a laundromat and a Chinese food and a donut shop.

The place was pretty clean for the most part, it wasn’t busy when I went there. I ordered the cheeseburger combo. I assume it was the manager who handled my order. He was quiet and polite. The food took about 10 minutes to prepare. I was satisfied with my food. As I was craving a real burger. The food here is not at all overpriced as it is in most places today.

I order egg and sausage breakfast burritos. They taste great and I love their sauce. Very flavorful mild. Wanted to try other sandwiches but always end up ordering the same breakfast sandwich. Some breakfast like the burrito are served all day.
