The most fancy Caribou I have ever been too. The experience was top tier and the quality is UNMATCHED. I would go to Caribou everyday if the quality was like this!!! I can’t even begin to explain how amazing the drinks and food were. The drinks looked exceptional beautiful and were blended to perfection. The sandwich was a delicacy like no other. The menu variety at this location is also like no other! The selection is top tier.

Ordered three drinks and a breakfast sandwich in drive-thru. Received the sandwich fairly quickly after paying then waited about 4-6 additional minutes for the drinks whilst the drive thru line began to back up from the wait. All the employees seemed to have disappeared from the window and could be seen either in the front and in back. Finally, after that long of a wait an employee comes to the window. I thought she’d have my drinks in hand, but no she did not – she came up to the window to collect payment for the next order. I told I was still waiting for my three drinks. She then grabbed all three from the counter top just in the other side of a machine I assume. All my drinks were ready and just sitting there that whole time waiting for someone to give them to me. I ordered a blended turtle mocha cooler as one of those drinks. You couldn’t even tell it was a blended drink it had either thawed that much by the time my drink was made and the 1 minute I drove down the block to my destination or it was made very poorly and on top of that the warm drink I ordered had a cracked lid right near the mouth piece so you couldn’t drink it without it spilling out of the crack. Overall pretty dissatisfied so far with the service and product I have received from this location.

They just opened so are still learning but they are friendly and fast despite the learning curve. The space is a little small so I don’t recommend this as a “hang out” for study sessions or anything but it’s clean and welcoming. Also, I love the tea selections thats definitely new and I really like them. You should definitely try the white peach tea sparkles!
Heads up though: parking is a little messy because of construction.

I visit here often on my lunch break and the staff are just incredible. All very friendly and nice. One time a staff member forgot to enter in and ask for my rewards phone number, and I asked the barista to help, she didn’t know how to help, but asked the manager on duty to help. He was more than happy to help, and refunded then recharged my card so I could use the $8 I spent that day to get my 16 points! I wouldn’t have wanted to spend that money and Not get my points! I Really Appreciated it! I will continue to come back as a happy customer!

This is my base Caribou. I always get exactly what I order the way I like it. Mitch, the manager, does a great job keeping things moving. It’s like the bar on Cheers where everybody knows your name except I can’t get drunk. LOL
