My husband and I got takeout from here after our beloved Chinese restaurant, Hong Kong in Nampa closed. I was very surprised to find this place as a really close second, we ordered a lot of food and our total was only $50. We had enough left over to feed a family of four.
Everything we tried was absoutley delicious. We are so happy to find a new go to Chinese place that is less than 3 minutes from our home! I have a feeling we will be regulars!

It’s my favorite gluten free Chinese food I’ve had yet. The price is cheap and the portions are large. I always have more food for lunch the next day. Also, the people who work here are very friendly

Worst Asian food I’ve had. Would’ve been better off buying a premade mix from the frozen food section at a grocery store.
I got the orange chicken which came with fried rice and chow mein. Which I’m not a big fan of Panda Express, but their food is a consistent 3 – 3.5 star experience.
I also ordered vegetable chow mein (just terrible) and crab Rangoon (tasted like it was overcooked in old oil, the sitting under a heat lamp for hours).
Ended up tossing the majority of the food.
First and last time ordering here.
Seems like I’ll be driving to Panda Express next time I want Chinese food and don’t want to cook it myself. I’d take a consistent mediocre experience over this any day.

Pretty sure it gave me food poisoning.I live in middleton and was was searching for a new Chinese food place because the one near me retired. The food here was over priced and subpar. The orange chicken was just sweet and sour chicken. The fried rice was OK but I’ve definitely had better and the chow main was wired and slimy. For 42 bucks it wasn’t worth it

The staff was very friendly and quick, but the food wasn’t as good as I was hoping it would be. Everything tastes very oily and breaded items were too thickly breaded. The noodles also lacked flavor and color, on that same dish the chicken was labeled spicy but was the complete opposite.

Excellent, friendly, prompt and attentive service. Generous portions and many options on the menu. Food served piping, steaming hot. Very fresh ingredients. A small quiet dining room. Unpretentious but nice, authentic atmosphere. No screaming kids. Really reasonable prices. This place is a home run. This is my first time here and I’m definitely coming again. Definitely worth a drive to Star for this place.
