I’ve been meaning to try this place for years and I’m so glad I did. I got huevos rancheros that usually come with beans and rice, but I saw in their hot trays they had some sauteed veggies. And they had no problem switching out one of my sides. This place isn’t fancy but it hits the spot and the prices are good. They also have fresh squeezed juices. I’ll definitely be back!

Rubio’s cafe is one of my favorite places to enjoy a meal. I usually go for lunch, but today I tried their breakfast. 10/10 you feel like family when you’re in there. I wish I could eat here every single day. The scrambled eggs were perfectly cooked, the plantains were so perfectly caramelized with the perfect bite of crunch on the outside and soft, sweet banana on the inside. The orange, carrot juice is unmatched. It never tastes that good when I make it at home. If you haven’t tried Rubio’s cafe yet, let this be your sign.

Second time going and not only is the food absolutely delicious, but the customer service is very excellent. They actually greet you when you come in their doors and they treat you well. Reasonably priced for the portions and quality they give. Definitely recommend. I purchased 2 meals.

Techno Bliss
If you ever play Google restaurant roulette may you be one of God’s favorites and land at Rubio’s Cafe. Located in Culver City this nondescript little gem is home to delicious Latin inspired meals, pastries, and more. The meals that I’ve had here are the closest thing to homemade than I’ve had in a while. It’s not too spicy but it can be if you ask. They have this cake, I think they call it cheese bread But it’s a Guatemalan bread made with rice flour and parmesan cheese that is absolutely melt in your mouth delicious. There’s plenty of free parking, patio seating plus inside dining. Everything was so good from the salsa to the potatoes to the actual meal itself just delicious. Give them a shot! It’s right off the 10 freeway You can’t miss it ❤️

The worst disgusting place I have ever eaten . The worst customer service. The food doesn’t taste fresh. They serve the food in plastic plates and plastic fork and spoons. Too cheap to afford real plates and real forks and spoons. This place should be closed down immediately. All their good reviews are from family members and close friends I was told. Disgusting.
