My 1st time at this location/in this city too! I had a coupon, but then I realized it had expired two months earlier. The employee was super nice and didn’t make new feel like an idiot, thankfully! Thank you for that! I took a few pictures, enjoy! GPS is a little odd, so pay attention. Make sure you get the coupons or use the app to save money

What the point in ordering a sandwich with things u want on it when they don’t put them on it. Order it toasted that’s a joke microwaved at best. even putting meat on a sandwich is a joke. Ask for extra veggies in the app ur lucky to even have a hint of it. Worst store I have ever been too. Starting closing stuff during dinner hour that’s pathetic. Think for next time I will drive out of my way for it

We were just recently in and got some of the new dippers and a sub, VERY disappointed. I’m able to count the chunks of meat in our dippers on 1 hand and they are 99% flatbread. My sub was the spicy nacho steak and my sub doesn’t have any subkrunch on it. This was my last experience at a MN subway before I move to Nebraska and unfortunately I picked the wrong one.

A little disappointed. I stopped in the Crosby location yesterday on the way to the beach. I picked up lunch for myself and my granddaughter. I picked out a bottled lemonade for my granddaughters kids pack and set it on the counter, paid and proceeded to fill my fountain drink. I didn’t notice until we got to the beach that her bottled lemonade wasn’t in our bag, so I called this location and explained that it was missing from my bag. Immediately I was told that she saw me walk out with it, but that’s impossible because it’s no where to be found and the only thing I walked out with was my bag of sandwiches, chips and the fountain drink I filled, before leaving. I told her no it wasn’t possible because it wasn’t in my bag nor on my front seat where I set the food immediately when I got in. She kept repeating and insisting that she saw me walk out with it. Normally I wouldn’t be upset. But it wasn’t in my bag and it wasn’t on my front seat where I set the bag, so it clearly wasn’t put in my bag. I have no reason to lie I TIPPED THEM 15%, more than the drink but yet I still treated like I’m a liar. Lesson learned check your bag and make sure you have all your items before leaving, because they’ll lie and insist they saw you walk out with them. Needles to say I won’t be returning to this location again.

Ordered online and waited 10 minutes to even get acknowledged. The guy looked directly at us several times and ignored us. Before you say anything, for the first several minutes, we were the only ones in line. We’ll drive to Brainerd from now on, despite the inconvenience.

After a terrible experience with Hot Stuff Pizza, we went to Subway. The staff went above and behind to make us feel appreciated. They are very organized and friendly. The food was fresh and great. Highly recommend that you stop and get some food. You will not be disappointed in any way!

Didn’t seem to have a normal amount let alone extra
I wasn’t there. My husband had gone. I was extremely disappointed when he brought it home and I saw it.
I didn’t rrealize I needed to be there to watch how it was done. And the meat and cheese weren’ spread around evenly. Chunks in some areas, while nothing in others. Sloppy.
Also I can’t eat vegetables.
Which is why I ask for extra cheese. I understand charging extra for the meat but why the cheese when I’m not getting veggies?
Or why not subtract from the price because I don’t get veggies?
