Well, we’ve gotten pizza at this shop for over 20 years and WOW let me tell you what, something has changed between our last couple experiences here.
Last night we called in a special order to insure the pizza was piping hot. We got the “extra most bestest” but added stuffed crust. When we got home we noticed that 2 out of the 3 pizzas were burnt and tasted old even though I got to the shop before they said it would be ready.
It looked like someone took an old “extra most bestest” pizza and pulled the crust back, put cheese in it and recooked it.
Actually it tastes like that also.
4 out 5 of us had upset stomach afterwards also.

Placed an order online for a pretzel crust pizza with cheese sauce and pepperoni, and a stuffed pretzel crust pizza with cheese sauce and cheese.
Waited 30 minutes. My husband got the pizzas. he told me they didn’t put a name on the pizzas so he was waiting longer than needed. they also forgot to cut one of the pizzas.
Got halfway home before realizing they put pepperoni on one that was supposed to just be cheese.
Turned around, took it in to have it remade, was told it would be 8 minutes.
after 8 minutes the lady at the counter took my name down to tell me I can come in to have my order remade within a month. otherwise i’d have to wait another 8 minutes to remake it again third time because I guess the second time went wrong too.
to top it all off, they do not serve the actual pretzel crust pizza at this location. it’s normal crust with salt sprinkled on it. they claimed this is the pretzel crust. (see photo)
the cheese sauce is awful, it’s just nacho cheese.
I was expecting more of a white pizza.

I am currently at the restaurant (8/28/25 at 6:30pm). The staff here were so amazing that I felt the need to review immediately. Every single employee working this shift was amazing, helpful, kind, and funny. They gave amazing service to all of the customers that came in the door and even went as far as running after a customer in the parking lot because they forgot a drink. The food i received was hot and fresh and looked delicious. 10/10 will be back again. Excellent staff!

I’ve never had such GREASY pizza in my life. The whole box was literally soaked/soggy, all the way through the bottom. You couldn’t even pick the pizza up, it was so flimsy from the grease. Waiting to hear from the manager, who was apparently not there when I called to complain.

First picture is mine second picture is my boyfriends. Mine was raw! I’ll be surprised if I don’t get sick! But my boyfriends was cooked enough. So I don’t know why mine wasn’t cooked all the way. I also asked for extra onions and didn’t get it. The only thing they got right was the light sauce. Waste of money. Only got food here because my brother was as well.

I called at 9:35.and got a machine recording saying they were no longer accepting orders. They close at 10. There is NOTHING on their menu that takes 25 minutes to cook. The message stated that I can come and maybe find something in the warmer. I WILL NOT SPEND ANY MONEY AT ALL at the Little Ceasers on 47 at I-75. Rediculous way to run a business.
