The Octopus, Las Habas Blancas…. Madre mia!
Free bread basket and olive oil was awesome! So good. Reminded me of my time in Southern Spain.
The egg plant was great -A
Patas bravas decent B, some potatoes weren’t fully cooked
Pulpo Plancha good but inconsistent. B Some parts were over salted and some parts were perfect melted in your mouth good.
The beer was so good. I cant drink due to health reasons, but I’ll make an exception when I find 1906.
Sangria was very good according to the wifey.
Other dishes was aight. Kinda salty for me.
Great spot.
I wanted to enjoy my sangria. We ordered pitcher of red sangria because it is a Spanish restaurant and we wanted to celebrate international women’s day. I couldn’t drink it . It was so far from real Spanish style plus I’m sorry to write it but from cheap wine . I couldn’t drink it. They had option some drink with vermouth but I didn’t want to risk it. And instead of Maine courses we got croquet de jamon (that was only one good thing in restaurant) and fried calamari. I got a beer Estrella that was good. Calamari was like rubber (because it was old). It is so difficult to make calamari bad. Sorry but I’m not coming back .
What truly made the night special was our waitress, Izzy. She was AMAZING — friendly, attentive, and made sure every detail of our meal was perfect. Her recommendations were spot on, and she checked in just the right amount to make sure we had everything we needed. You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests having a great experience.
If you’re looking for great tapas, a fun atmosphere, and top-notch service, La Terraza is a must-visit. We’ll definitely be back — and we’ll be asking for Izzy!
We weren’t hungry enough for the paella dishes that Santiago said the restaurant was known for, but we plan to return on one of the days he’s available to be our server.
Visited for an anniversary with higher expectations. A bit of a lack luster experience to be honest.
I recently had the pleasure of dining at **La Terraza**, the new Spanish tapas restaurant in Boca Raton, and let me tell you, it was an unforgettable experience!
The decor is charming, and the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. We had the pleasure of being served by Ricardo. He and his colleagues were very attentive and hospitable!
Now, let’s talk about the food! Every dish we tried was bursting with flavor and made from high-quality ingredients. We ordered the **Camarones Ajillo** which were a highlight – succulent shrimp sautéed in garlic and olive oil that left me wanting more!
We also indulged in the **Tabla Terraza**, which featured a delightful selection of Jamon Iberico and Manchego cheese which came with pan con tomate, olives and potatas fritas patties. Each bite was a celebration of Spanish culinary tradition, skillfully prepared and beautifully presented.
Our main course was **Mariscada Terraza** which was accompanied with Spanish Rice. The broth was a tomato reduction infused with spices and emboldened by the flavors of the seafood medley. Magnificent!
We finished off our Spanish dining experience with a yummy Basque Cheesecake. My friend and I were already stuffed but found a way to make sure we finished off the desert.
If you’re looking for a place to share great food and create wonderful memories with friends and family, I highly recommend La Terraza. I can’t wait to go back and try more of their incredible tapas!
