Absolutely one of the worst Subway experiences I’ve ever had. The employees were blatantly rude and unprofessional, especially The employee Named (ROB) who clearly has no business working with the public. He was complaining about customers in line out loud, creating a hostile and uncomfortable environment. As if that wasn’t bad enough, because I was wearing a Trump shirt, he decided to inject his personal political opinions and tell me that Trump is “ruining the country.” That is completely unacceptable behavior in any workplace, let alone customer service. I went in for lunch, not to be harassed, lectured, or made uncomfortable over politics. This place lacks basic professionalism, respect, and common sense. Save your money and go somewhere you won’t be treated like garbage.

I come to this Subway several times a week for lunch, and it’s truly one of the best-run locations I’ve ever been to! Ever since the new management took over, the difference has been night and day. The store is spotless, organized, and runs like a well-oiled machine.

The staff is always kind, courteous, and incredibly fast — they’ve even memorized my regular order, which makes getting in and out during my lunch break so easy. You can tell they take real pride in their work and in making the experience enjoyable for every customer.

It’s so refreshing to see how they’ve completely revived this store after things had started going severely downhill before. I genuinely appreciate the team for being such a bright part of my weekdays. Thank you all for bringing great energy (and sandwiches!) back to this Subway!

1/30 I order from here all the time have even ordered while owner was present i get the same order everytime footlong Italian on herb and cheese bread not toasted add ba on and always through mobile app got there today during shift change my order was not ready yet then I saw Bob put it together first he used the wrong bread regular italian then he just threw everything onto sandwich cold bacon way to much lettuce even though ticket says less and then when he tried to give it to me I explained it was incorrect he then preceded to argue with me that he followed the ticket which clearly wasn’t the case and said if I wanted the bacon heated up I needed to order the sandwich as toasted then due to business he helped about 4 others prior to remaking my sandwich correctly and was rude about it the whole time. Now personally I dont normally write reviews but I just got out of the ER and was extremely thrown off by the service and disrespectful employee of the only Subway in Sarasota I use, however, I will be rethinking this now for the future.

I tried giving this location another chance but every time I have ordered from this location there’s something wrong. Today I tried ordering a Philly cheesesteak and when I got home nothing was cooked it was cold, the onions and peppers uncooked with the meat, barely any meat on it at all. The sandwich itself was completely cold. The employee that was working behind the counter was very rude and not attentive. I tried calling their location and you can’t get ahold of anyone.

Placed my online order while I was at school and went to pick up my sub during my lunch break. There was a young lady at the register not sure if she was tired or under something. I grabbed my food and I had to buy another drink as I had forgotten. There was no one else but me there and it took her over ten minutes to ring me out for a large drink. She was also counting her coins at the register. Another lady came out from the back and told the girl to work on the online orders and the older lady ringed me out after waiting for a single cup. Once I was opening my sub, I was not sure if I had ordered a soup with bread or a sub I just could not eat this spicy mess after trying to take some of the sauce off with a napkin. It was just one big saucy mess. No I did not ask for extra sauce, I can’t imagine what extra would have looked like. On top of it being a saucy mess it was mainly lettuce barely any chicken.

Bad experience..I stand there only me and the lady was making sandwiches in front of me without saying anything till the guy at the register finished with the previous customer and no greetings. Make my sandwich with attitude and throw salad not like other stores..and bread was not good and the same taste for my sandwich
