Ordered 1 pound brisket and half rack baby back ribs. Ribs were half missing but tasted okay. Brisket is seriously the worst I’ve ever had. The meat tasted more like steamed than barbequed. Absolutely no bark and no juice coming out of brisket. Who gives just lean meat when someone orders brisket?

Great little hidden gem. Service was good.The food was great.Had the brunch burger with the truffle sauce which was delicious.I added some of their signature barbecue sauce and it was excellent.The fries were good.The poppers were good.The coleslaw was great glad we found this place.I think it should be on triple.D one day. Shrimp tacos were a tad spicy for the young Inn we had with us, but they were awesome and The pulled pork taco was excellent. It’s worth the trip.

For a very busy Sunday evening, they handled the rush hour before closing very well. The young lady was very efficient and was hustling all around helping a lot of people. Her service was great. I appreciated all the service from the guys in the back too. Food was perfect. The brisket just melts in your mouth. I think next time I’ll get more to take home. We got the sampler and it was well more enough for 4 people. The BBQ sauce tasted great, home made vibes.

Well worth the GO! Local business, with a friendly staff. Food was scrumptious, exactly what you think of delicious BBQ! Nice size portions for individuals. I couldn’t eat all of it. I will later!

Great food, the burgers and cheese steaks are amazing. The brisket is very tender and flavorful. Its a great spot to pick up lunch or have a nice family meal. The fries are also fantastic I just wish more things came with them on the side.

While we didn’t dine in, the seating area looked clean and spacious. We got BBQ pulled pork and BBQ chopped brisket sandwiches to go, and holy cow they were amazing! There is no skimping on meat, the buns were packed! Located directly across the street from Thatcher’s in Pompton Lakes, there is some parking in front of the building, and more on the side. The entire menu looks so good, they have burgers, salads, tacos, plenty of options for tots, and specialty sandwiches. The pics of the sandwiches is to show how stuffed they were. You definitely get your money’s worth!

You’d be dumb not to go here. Really a good taste of southern BBQ in north Jersey. My fiancé and I were skeptical at first but boy were we wrong. The Texas chili dog is massive with massive flavor. The pulled pork stacked Mac N cheese is dynamite. My fiancés brisket sandwich tasted like a well made chuck roast on a sandwich if you know what i mean. I’m telling yall go here. And to the owner: YOUVE GOT OUR ATTENTION AND YOURE COOKING RIGHT HERE. Coming back her ASAP!

We ordered wings, pulled pork, Mac and cheese and coleslaw for a party. The food was the hit of the party, not me sadly. Everything was delicious, even the coleslaw which I typically don’t like, was made like a salad and not mayo covered. It was phenomenal. Thank you!

This is some of the best BBQ I have ever had. Recently moved to the area from Connecticut and was so happy to find this place. I got the taco trio. All three were good but the brisket taco blew me away. It was amazing . I will be going back. The place itself is low key with only a few tables with paper towels rolls in lieu of napkins. Seems lots of people order and pick up.
