Really like the pizza bit ye service really is hit or miss. They tend to use very young employees who are very inexperienced, which I believe contributes to the 2-star service. I called in an order for pizza 30 minutes ago, just arrived, and the kid behind the counter admitted to forgetting to put in the order. “In one ear and out the other.” His words, not mine.

Great pizza ! If you like pizza that’s crispy all the way through the center this is the one. Whatever you do, DO NOT get double ingredients. They load it up, no need for doubling it up. Great atmosphere, great service and great pizza. You won’t be disappointed. Nice place for a date night out.

Pizza here is good, covered in toppings from edge to edge, which is awesome. They have craft beers on draft for $5.50, which is pretty good for the area. Large Pepperoni was $16.50 for 14″. Nice patio seating and great ambience in the restaurant. Absolutely loved the Biggie eating a salad picture in there!
There was an issue with their pop machine, and the pop tasted like dishwater with soda flavoring (not sure how else to describe it). I guess they just added a water filtration unit that was causing the issue. So that is something to watch out for. I was kind of surprised they still charged us for our drinks. But hopefully it will be resolved soon. It was kind of funny to watch people’s reactions when they took their first sip.
There are also no breadstick/garlic knot type appetizers. Wish they had something other than salads for appetizers.

We stopped by today to finally try this place. The girls at the hostess stand were so welcoming that my two young kiddos were excited to be there. Our server Ava H was quick to greet us and made me feel at ease about my son’s food allergies. I tried ordering a 14 inch pizza half pepperoni and half mushroom, but she quickly told me that they don’t do that here. The pizza didn’t take too long to come out. They serve it on cardboard discs, so unless you get a server who holds it from the bottom, they will be touching your pizza. I watched a few servers, and I noticed how they all tried to attempt bringing these hot pizzas to the table. I wish they would use regular pans. This is so wasteful.
The pizza is nice and crispy, and it had a serious cheese pull. It was hard for my youngest to eat just because there’s no crust to hold on to, and the pizza was so so hot (which isn’t an issue for an adult). There’s not much on the menu. It would be nice if they were able to add a few appetizer items to the menu. There is a big bar that you can sit at and watch games while eating pizza and drinking beer/wine.

Food was very good. If you like your pizza slammed with toppings (like me) this is the place to go. I had a “chicken pesto” was very good.
Server was a little inattentive, hence the 3/5 on that aspect. I WILL be back, and could see this place becoming a 5 on another visit.

Phone didn’t eat first, but I just had to leave a review after Samantha (manager?) visited our table with the box pictured in this post. We were halfway through dinner (chopped wedge salad & Palermo pizza) when Samantha came by and asked how our meal was – my husband & I said “amazing” at the same time, because it truly was! Then she said she wasn’t totally pleased with how our initial pie came out, so she brought us a whole other Palermo pizza for us to take home. We were absolutely blown away by this gesture! That is A+ customer service. And Andrew, our waiter, was attentive and exceptional as well. We will most definitely be coming back. Thank you, Samantha & Andrew, for making our Tuesday night dinner really great!

First time here and my husband and I were very impressed. We both had a local draft beer, split a Caesar salad, and had our own 14 inch pizza. All the food was delicious. The croutons were big and homemade, romaine was fresh and green. The pictures of the pizza below speak for themselves. Our server, ASH, was fantastic. She knew the menu and got our drinks and food out in a timely manner and very attentive. The place is clean, well lit, with big screen TVs and plenty of parking. We will be back! We recommend this to couples, families, and a place to watch a football game and enjoy a beer. I had the veggie lovers pizza and my husband had the Italian sausage.

We’ve had it twice. First experience during lunch time. Server was so nice, explained the menu & pizza style. Pizza was fantastic, crispy and fresh, hot honey is woth the extra buck. as well as the Italian hoagie fresh & flavorful, the bread was soft but a slight crisp to it. 2nd time we ordered pizza pickup for carry out. 20 min drive home so it was slightly softer but still just as good.

Very surprised no one in Charlotte has ever mentioned The Crust Pizza. Pizza hands down is the most flavorful around Charlotte, thin crust pizza filled with plenty of toppings of your choice. Outside and inside dinning area with a full service bar available. Try the hot honey it’s nice touch on top of the pizza
