Not sure why they have under 4 stars, I haven’t tried the pizza but I’ve gotten pasta for lunch a few times and its always fresh and delicious. Portions are generous and the price is very reasonable. And it comes with bread and a salad. 10/10 recommend the gnocchi

When you are on the Hunt for The Best Slice of Pizza in NJ as part of the Pizza Hunters App, it may have been wise to skip the Pizzeria that offers a 99 cent slice of Pizza. This was not a good slice of pizza on any level. The slice itself was was way undercooked and you can taste the cheaper ingredients to offer a cheap slice. First slice I did not finish. I know there are many Delizia Pizza Kitchens in numerous towns. Not sure if the pizza will be different at other places? The place was clean and the lady at the counter was nice. Big room with a lot of seating. Maybe I caught them on a bad morning, but really didnt have a good pizza experience. Hate giving lower ratings, but looking for the best slice in NJ and cant recommend this one. I am sure the entrees are good, they have been around in Roxbury for many years.

Was the best 1 dollar slice in NJ. Until they raised it to $2.50. Was never great pizza, just cheap. Great for seniors or people on a tight budget. Now it’s isn’t worth the trip. Find a better slice for that price. How are you gonna raise the price 250%??? The girl working the counter is nice. Only thing going for that place. I’d be surprised if it stays open another year.

I order about once every two weeks and delivery. The food is good and the staff is nice. The delivery people awesome. I’m in a wheelchair and they bring it to my counter. They also bring any packages up for me. Thank you Delizia Pizza staff!!

Do yourself a favor and read every negative review of this place, there’s a reason they have a sub 4 score on Google, rude people and low quality food. Had an experience with one of the staff yesterday that’s still pissing me off this morning – we just walked out because of the awful interaction we had. There’s a million pizza shops in NJ, we need to start sending a message to these places, get better or stop taking up plaza real estate with your trash business.
