Ordered catering for an event and let me tell you the food was soooo fresh and delicious. I thought I would of had leftovers, but everyone ate it all. The food is authentic and tastes like I am back in puertorico. Highly recommend.

I ordered the pollo asado with two beef empanadas. It was hard to pick a favorite because everything was so good! The chicken was cooked to perfection, the rice was fluffy and tender, and the plantains were the best I’ve ever had! Worth checking out and will definitely be back!

Very delicious fresh authentic Puerto Rican food. Moving here from Chicago I’ve been on a hunt for some real authentic puerto food, which is one of my favorite cuisine. I ordered their chicken plate. The empanadas are very filling and buttery, the chicken is properly seasoned and not dried out, the plantain were my favorite 10/10 check them out!

We had Mama Chanchi’s for the first time tonight and it was outstanding! We’ve always driven to Dixon for Puerto Rican food, but this tops it! So happy to have some great PR food in DeKalb!
We had the Tostones, PR rice with pigeon peas and steak. The steak was delicious, crispy on the edges and seasoned perfectly. Rice and tostones were authentic and we ate every delicious bite!
We will be ordering again, maybe tomorrow!
