I was greeted right when I walked in, very nice employee behind the counter. He was also the one cutting pizzas. I ordered 2 hot and ready and the new stick pizza with the sauce. I had to wait about 10 minutes so not bad. The restaurant was clean in the front area and clean in the back from what I could tell. The pizza was hot and had plenty of cheese and sauce. 17 bucks to feed a family of 7 is awesome! Unfortunately I did not get a picture of the stick pizza, my kids devoured it along with the sauce.

I am very unhappy about the basic amount of pizza sauce placed on this pizza. I requested extra sauce and there was a minimal amount placed on this pizza. I have been happily purchasing pizzas here for over 5 years but no more. Something has changed this time. I had the same problem at 2 other local Little Caesar’s locations.

Placed an order online just to get to the store and it wasn’t opened. I sat in the parking lot trying to contact customer service for a refund. Owner pulled up and apologized and asked to give her 15-20 more minutes. I waited an hour. I asked for a complimentary bottle of soda and the owner told me no! And then had the nerve to argue with me talking about he couldn’t give it me! Definitely calling cooperate. This is very poor customer service! On top of that, pizzas were being made while dealing with filthy money without hands being washed!

The place was dead and not busy, for 12:00 on a Saturday I figured that they’d have something hot and ready. Nothing they didn’t have a single pie. This Little Caesars location is absolutely amazing!! They’re fast and very polite as well as professional! I actually made a mistake and thought the pizza I picked up wasn’t stuffed crust so I took it back and it turned out it was stuffed crust but they gave me the 2nd one free of charge and of course I apologized several times and they were still so very nice about it! Especially the manager or GM she’s a very very nice lady!! Give her a raise!!!!
