I ordered a pizza from this location, and delivery was outsourced to DoorDash. Unfortunately, the pizza was never delivered. I called the store and waited on hold for approximately ten minutes with no response. When my husband called from a separate number, his call was answered immediately.
He explained the situation and was then placed on hold as well. We were told we could either receive a refund or have the order remade; however, the tone of the conversation made it clear that remaking the order was not preferred. When I requested a remake, I was informed it would be at least 30 minutes before they would even begin preparing it despite it already being well over an hour since the original order was placed.
The employee I spoke with was rude and unhelpful throughout the interaction. Based on this experience, I would not recommend ordering from this location if you expect timely delivery or responsive customer service.

We placed a large order (85 pizzas) for a school event and from the get go Jim and Jared were both incredibly helpful and efficient. Their employee Sunny delivered all the pizzas hotand on time.. it took 17 bags in her car to hold them all. She was super friendly and sweet and helpful. A really good experience from start to finish!

This place is a scam. When you order online they take your money and give to door dash. Pizza never came. Called store. They said once they give to dash its not their problem anymore. Door dash didn’t show the order so they can’t help. Door dash said this happens with corrupt business owners. Beware.

Horrendous Customer Service…
Called to place an order from this location and Howard the acting manager was quickly ready to transfer me to customer service after I told him that their system was having issues with applying a discount code. When I asked for a Jin or Jaret, managers that typically assist me, he then was ready to take my order, but rudely put me a hold without saying anything and came back to the line and said that he would have somebody to take my order. A young lady got on the phone to take my order and was very rude. She obviously needs some coaching when it comes to customer service. When I asked to speak with the manager, Howard completely defended her actions and made every possible excuse for. Even after telling him, my wife and father could overhear her rude behavior, he insisted that she’s very professional. I will never order again from this location.

I ordered a 2 pizzas and jalapeno bites. After being hung up on for trying to figure why my driver is saying they don’t have the order I put on hold for 35 min. They always seem to put marinara sauce in my breadstick box when I request cheese, but are always happy to provide the cheese when we check. Younger kids working here but they appear to be the “good ones” providing good service and hardworking. The Twix breadsticks looked different than avertised but tasted delish!!

Ordered from this location many times and more recently the employees have become less and less friendly. Once waited 10 minutes to pick up my order while one employee was just standing and looking at the ready orders the whole time. Most recent order the pizza was stuck to the tray and instead or remaking or taking off the tray they just put the pizza in the box with the tray. The only thing I like about Papa John’s is the cost which I guess you get what you pay for.

Horrible service! I placed my order at 9:19, an order of jalapeno poppers and a large philly cheese steak pizza. At 10:35 I have still not received it so I called to see if the order was on its way, they said the driver was walking out the door. This location is so close it would be a 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive. He showed up at 11:00, the poppers were burnt with no sauce(I requested spicy garlic) and the pizza was ice cold, and has almost no meat. I will never EVER patronize this location EVER again!! I wish I had read the reviews before placing my order, I would have gone to Domino’s and I just placed an order with them, this food is inedible. A waste of my time and money with Papa John.

Worst service ever. Be more truthful with customers. I ordered an online order and received a notification saying it was ready. I waited an additional 10min before going into the store to pick up order. After paying, they continued to look for the order and then told me “the order was still in the oven” and will take an extra 5min. I am a Dasher and I frequent multiple pizza locations around the metro-Atlanta area. I was very impressed with how fast the multiple pizzas ordered by my customer was ready. As soon as I walked in Eric greeted me and he was nice, professional and fast! With dashing being a side-hustle it is important that I get in and out as quickly as possible. I’d visited another Papa Johns location earlier that same day (Friday) and it took at least 14 minutes for the other to get ready. This store was impressive!
