Did an online mobile order. Got there just as they were putting it on the counter. The fries were the freshest fries I think I’ve ever gotten from anywhere recently. Almost made me go back and buy more. Husband and I ate them before we even got home. We dont eat there often but have never had any issues.

If I could give a zero I would. It’s always a bunch of teenagers that are rude. Every time I try back thinking maybe management has changed or there’s new workers. It’s still terrible. You serve cold food. And you had maybe two customers. Burger was cold. Fries were cold. Nuggets were cold. And when I tried to change my order you told me you couldn’t do it bc the girl up front is apparently lazy as hell. Idk. No straws either. I’m not even one to leave a bad review but it’s terrible. Every time I spend money here I regret it

Don’t have any idea when this place serves breakfast. They told me 6:30 the signs say 6:00. Went in twice this week after 6:30 and the told me they were not ready to open. The lunch menu is on the board in the morning, not the breakfast menu. Went in today a 6:50 lunch menu was up, no one answered the speaker. Drove out past the window and the girl inside was texting on her cell phone. Wont be back. The owner of this place is loosing a ton of money with the current manager and staff.

Many things in this trip. Why is there a LITERAL child working . And the lady at the drive through was sitting , coughing her head off. ON THE PHONE. The line is backed up. Bad. We sat in line for 20 mins, nothing was fresh so why were we there so long. Not to mention another employee had go around her to hand us the food. They forgot our drinks. It was 10, now 10:36.

Tonight was worse costumer service. My order was complete wrong. Had go back twice. No folks or knives and my drink was wrong. They nothing to correct it. When I tried to go in to talk to the manager the door was locked and the crew run. I very much disappointed with this crew Tonight.

My husband, walking with aid of a cane stood at the counter to place an order, from 6:12 pm til 6:38 pm. No one spoke or even acknowledged his presence. He counted eight employees few of them working. Wont go back. Can I give a minus 10 stars???
