My boyfriend and I usually order from this location, due to it being so convenient. However, I’d have to say it’s usually hit ir miss whether the subs are cooked to or not. Today, my sub didn’t seem to be cooked through completely. The bread was doughy??? I don’t know how that happened, but the bread seem to have been cooked all the way through?! I had already eaten most of my sandwich once I realized the end of the sub’s bread was doighy. My boyfriend was done with his and said it was fine, so I let it go. ♀️

I ordered 2 footlongs and ordered deluxe which is supposed to give you 50% extra meat. Well that is a lie. When I got home and looked at the 2 subs it looked like it didn’t even have the regular amount on them and their 50% extra was 1 extra strip of bacon I guess they failed math 50% more when it comes with 4 is 2 extra strips and not to mention it had not even been warmed up. WORSE SUBWAY I’VE EVER BEEN TO WE’LL NEVER USE THIS ONE AGAIN EVEN IF I HAVE TO DRIVE FURTHER TO A DIFFERENT ONE.

I don’t recommend anybody using the subway app you are better off just going in the building. I order 3 footlong and a bag of chips. First off let’s start with the app coupons don’t work. Then after trying to apply the coupons a few times I gave up and just gave my card information. When I hit submit I got an error message saying they didn’t have something that i ordered. I hit the ok button and it sent me back to the beginning screen. When I looked at the cart it didn’t show any of my food. I looked it my account and they had taken the money out of my account twice. So I decide to go to the store to see if it had went through after calling a few times. No answer. When I get there they said they didn’t have my order and that it takes some time to come in for online orders. I wait 15 minutes then go back to the counter to see if they had my order and of course they didn’t. I asked for a manager. They told me to go on the website.

I ordered online at night around 8 – two footlong sandwiches and one was a meal. I had a coupon that said got applied but didnt, not the restaurant’s fault but still made me upset. I had the first DoorDash driver call me at 8:30 and said they were out of bread. I looked for a way to cancel my order through the app, it linked to the restaurant phone number. I called the restaurant and nobody answered. Apparently only the restaurant can cancel the order, but they were insisting I had to cancel it somehow. They didn’t turn their DoorDash app off so since my order couldn’t be fulfilled, 5 delivery drivers were sent over there and I spent 2 hours answering calls and explaining I knew they were out of bread but the manager had to cancel my order and wouldn’t. I called the store 3 or 4 more times and nobody answered. Finally, the last driver asked if I just wanted wraps instead so I said yeah because apparently there’s no way to get refunds from this god forsaken place and by then it was 10 and I had already eaten. My food gets here and it’s just 2 wraps, not even the extra stuff I ordered (chips and drink)! So I feel like I got severely ripped off, paid $20 for two foot longs and one a meal, and I couldn’t even have that.

The spinach and the onions were translucent and wilted employee said even if I go in the back and get another bag of spinach, it will be the same so there’s no point he said also why aren’t the employees wearing hairnets? I don’t want their hair in my food.

The current manager is very rude when yes I understand its a subway in walmart on drake Ave memorial parkway in Huntsville al
But I’m currently a customer of subway and yet I got my head bit off by the manager and it’s like I pd for food and I was waiting on friends to dine with and he was so rude like he didn’t want homeless ppl around his subway so I had tried to explain I pd for the food and he basically walked away from me other than the staff is friendly and not rude
