I’ve been craving Korean fried chicken and had the best experience with KO Sisters Seoul food. I had the hot and spicy fried wings… Super saucy, crunchy skins, and juicy tender meat. High quality chicken wing meat, I ate every morsel off the bone. Generous portion size for the money. I can’t wait to go back and try more of their food.

Ordered their tofu/seafood stew with kimchi dumplings for “under the weather” comfort food. Loved the taste, fresh ingredients, and the spiciness of the stew – it reminded me of a similar Mexican spicy seafood stew my cousin used to make. Will plan to try other menu items like the fried chicken

Super yummy food! My husband got the korean half & half fried chicken meal whick per their website is “homemade sticky, original savory & sweet sauce and spicy & sweet sauce” . Both flavors were great! It came with a little side salad, white rice and French fries… a ton of food!

On another visit we got the tteokbokki and the So Duk Kim. The tteokbokki was not good. The sauce was thin water-like consistency and not spicy at all. I love this dish and have had it many times and many place (including in South Korea). I do not recommend trying it here.

I wish my camera did this food justice, because this is, by far, the best meal I’ve had all year, and it’s not a close margin. I took a sip of the stew and practically melted in my seat. The broth was spicy, rich, and deeply infused with flavor. The pork was perfectly cooked, the kimchi was bright, and the carrots were firm, yet yielding. The server was a kind woman who greeted me with an enormous smile and she seemed genuinely eager to serve me. I do not live in Vancouver, but if I did, this place would be a regular stop. Do not miss out on this opportunity, it’s as good as it gets.

I went to the Oak Tree Station for dinner and was glad to give this food truck a try this time. I tried a Bulgogi BBQ Spicy Pork Burrito and was impressed with this twist on a kimbap. Looking forward to trying another delicious menu item next time.

I put in an order for chicken wings and the almost $10 cheese dust fries on Toast (their Point of Sale online ordering system) to be picked up. After I picked up the order, I noticed that the fries are just regular (bad & soggy) fries that didn’t have the cheese powder on them. I came back and asked, the guy at the window told me they had been out of the cheese fries for a while and he doesn’t know why they still have it on their online ordering system. He told me to do the refund online, which I then left and went on to the Toast app to try and get a refund but the app told me to contact the restaurant to get a refund there. I called Ko Sisters and told them what I had learned, they told me I need to call Toast. So I called Toast and learned that Toast is not in charge of the orders themselves, they’re just a system and the money and orders go directly to the restaurant, and advised me to call the food truck. I called Ko Sisters again and was forwarded to voicemail, in which I explained the situation and left a name and phone number. They never called me back to resolve the issue. I don’t mind losing $10, but I was bothered by the way the staff never mentioned how they didn’t have the item I ordered, how they insisted twice that I was supposed to get a refund from Toast when that wasn’t how that worked at all, and that they ignored my voicemail and avoided resolving the problem.

Not the best bibimbap, actually I’d say it’s the worst bibimbap I’ve ever had. The veggies were “old” tasting… soggy, tasteless. The only “fresh” item was the fried egg (which was all brown on the bottom). The sauce also didn’t taste traditional… too sweet. But you can’t always expect the best quality from food carts. I’ve had great food cart food, this isn’t one of them.

The bibimbap was absolutely delicious—fresh ingredients and great flavor! The cashier was also very sweet and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Highly recommend!

Got here super excited to eat delicious korean food and they were on break for over 45min! I arrived at 7:15pm and didn’t get to order anything because they went to break and then promptly closed at 7:50. Completely unprofessional, they should have turned off their open light when they went to “break”.

I had the cheesy duo and by far one of the best spicy pork bulgogi I have ever had! Really good portion size (currently eating leftovers for lunch the next day) and the beef bulgogi was also really good. The heat level on the spicy pork is perfect for me (so if you can’t handle a lot of heat, beware!) and the flavors are perfect for both meats. Mixing the cheese into that spicy pork really takes it up a level too!
